In my years as a energy healer and life coach I have realized that the well being of the physical body is connected to thoughts of well being.
Remember a few years back when there was a commercial on TV that stated, “You are what you eat”?
Let’s change it around a bit to “You are what you think”.
Young children don’t give a second thought to how their body looks. They are aware of well being and they experience and express it without any thought to how big their tummies are, whether their diaper makes them look fat or any of the other silly things we are told to think about our bodies as we grow older.
Your body is a marvelous thing, just think for a moment about how everything works in harmony so that you think, imagine, walk, run, move your arms, talk, see, smell, see and experience life through the use of this fantastic house for your awareness.
Your body is a perfect body, working in unison with all it’s parts, a lot of them without your even doing anything. You breathe, digest, your heart beats, toxins are eliminated, fuel is stored for later use all without your having to do anything.
The only problem with your body is your thinking.
That’s right, your thinking is at the root of whatever you entertain as “wrong with you”.
These thoughts were offered to you by others who had also been brainwashed into thinking that unless their body was like someone else’s that it wasn’t good enough.
Perhaps you’ve believed for years that being fat, sick, tired, not athletic were your lot in life.
You have made it so by thinking and believing it to be so.
Scientists have proven that every seven years every single cell in your body is brand new. Some cells don’t take this long to renew, but even the most complicated cell within your body is new every 7 years.
Your body is a perfect self healing living organism. It doesn’t need you to direct it to heal a broken bone, balance a cold or flu. It does it because that’s the way it works.
You only slow it down and disturb the flow of positive energy with your thinking.
Or.. you can enhance your body’s natural healing and restorative powers by lining your thinking up with what is natural to you.
Change your thinking and your body will respond to your new thoughts, beliefs and expectations.
As you a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.
This means that your beliefs are instructions to your body which it follows to the letter.
It’s very important to be in vibrational harmony with what you really desire to experience within your body. Thoughts of it’s genetic, my family is fat, we are prone to this dis-ease or another all promote those very things.
Rather than giving your body instructions that you really don’t wish to experience, change your thinking to line up with what you do wish.
Research has shown that when athletes imagine themselves running, jumping, playing their sport, the body does not know the difference between really doing it and imagining doing it. This is powerful information. Using the power of your thoughts and imagination you can shift your body’s size, strength and physical abilities the same way the Olympic athletes do.
Begin this renewal process by loving and being thankful for your body.
Appreciate all the wonderful things you can experience due to having a body.
You can feel hugs, kisses, smell, taste, think, move, run, jump, talk, dream; your body is a wonderful manifestation that allows you to enjoy the physical world.
During the day be aware of how effortlessly your mind and body works to allow you to walk, sit, speak.
Pay attention to how different movements feel to you, enjoy the sensation of muscles moving to allow your legs to stand and walk.
Watch your hand and fingers work as you grasp your cup to sip coffee or cola.
Celebrate the sensation of taste as delicious food enters your mouth. Taste is enhanced by smell, enjoy the scent of your food and let each bite be a party in your mouth.
As you begin to pay more attention to the magic of your body you will feel more gratitude for it.
The more grateful you are and the more you line up your thoughts with how you wish to experience your physical body, the more quickly it responds to your thoughts, gratitude and new mental picture of it.
Be like a little baby with your body, Let each movement be brand new, be fascinated by how it works and how it feels.
Hug yourself, tell yourself how wonderful, strong and delightful you are throughout the day.
Watch that self talk about your body. It’s helpful to write down on paper all the thoughts you have about your body. Writing them down makes you aware of the messages, the instructions you have been giving your body over the years.
If you are having an issue with weight, also add your thoughts about food to your list. Pay attention to these, they are the instructions you are giving to your body.
Your body is created to use food and exercise like your car uses water, oil and gas. Your car doesn’t say, “oh, no, that grade of gas makes me fat”.
Food does not make your body fat either.. your thoughts .. those beliefs.. they are what make your body fat.
The size of your body is not a determination of it’s well being and fitness. Reprogram your thinking on this issue to understand and know that being fit, strong are more important than being a certain size of clothes or a particular weight.
As you work through the process of changing your thoughts use these affirmations to aid you.
Print them out or write them down to read throughout the day. By choosing to think these thoughts you will replace the old thinking and the old instructions into ones that better suit your desires for your body.
I love my body, completely, and honor it.
My body knows what it needs for fuel and when it needs fuel. I trust it’s wisdom completely.
My body is a physical projection of my beliefs about myself.
Every day in every way I am expressing more beauty.
I celebrate the magic and divinity in every cell of my body.
I love myself and in so doing give others permission to love themselves and me in the same way.
My body is perfect and wonderful, right now in this moment.
I honor my uniqueness, strength and beauty every moment.
I am grateful for my body and all it allows me to experience
My well being is my number one priority.
My body grows stronger and more in harmony each day.
I offer my highest thoughts to my body and it responds with it’s Highest Energy.
I am grateful that my body knows how to restore, heal and renew itself.
I celebrate the magic of my body and am grateful for it’s help in experiencing life.
I am in balance, mind, body, and spirit.
I offer love to my body and it returns love to me.
Gratitude for movement fills my heart, I am thankful for this wonderful body.
My body is my friend, we live in harmony, joy, love and peace.
Thank you body, I honor and respect you.

What are you experiencing right now? Is it what you want or another instance of “oh my, I can’t believe I’m going through this again”?
If your present is just what you desired then blessing it is easy. Your rejoicing in it and enjoying it to the fullest, being grateful and sharing from your place of abundance is a mighty blessing.
However, if you are in that “oh My” place of similar situations that you keep saying you wish would go away, then you need to understand how to bless right where you are.
Blessing is the act of offering your best thoughts, your best energy to people, things, places and circumstances.
What is your best energy? It’s gratitude. It’s being thankful, knowing that you are the creation of a Divine Creator and you co create with this energy which always flows. You can open yourself up to it and let it flow in a steady stream where seeming miracles appear or you can pinch it off down to a trickle and experience very little ease and joy.
The choice is always yours. It’s never about what others do or don’t do, it’s not about circumstances, luck, God’s will, fate or opportunity.
For every person who has a hard life there is a straight connection between their belief, expectations and what they allow into their life. There are many who constantly curse their bodies, their lives, friends and family. Each time you find fault, worry, act out in anger, complain or stress out.. you are cursing your life. The power of words and feelings is what creates the whole world. You think, you feel, you speak your world into existence. What is the energy behind these words? This is the energy you are creating with.
Take a look at those who are sick, poor, distressed. What is the story they are constantly telling? This story is the energy they are creating with.
Now, if you have had enough of cursing yourself and your life experiences, turn toward blessing.
Begin by offering your highest thought, your highest energy toward all in your life.
Bless each situation for the opportunity it offers you. Each thing you experience brings a blessing. Perhaps the blessing is getting your attention so you can get clearer about the details of what you really do desire.
Perhaps it’s reaching out to others and trusting them to help you through their wisdom, generosity, clarity and encouragement.
Perhaps it’s joining a master mind group or getting a life coach. There is always a blessing there for you, if you calm down, be still and listen.
It’s when we bless our lives and everything in them that we really begin seeing things differently and things begin to change due to our vision.
I am reminded of a Bible quote, “pray without ceasing” and another “count it all joy”.
To understand these is to know that prayer is not begging for something, it’s accepting and giving thanks for all the blessings already available to you. When you know this you can indeed count it all joy.
Life is as easy or as hard as you think it into being. Blessing or a curse??? You choose.

Article Source: Bless your present circumstances
by Donna DeVane
It’s all illusion, everything, every bit of it. No matter what you are experiencing right now it’s illusion.
It’s only real in your head. It’s all a bunch of vibrating energy molecules moving to and fro giving the illusion of being a real situation.
This illusion is wonderful when you’ve co created something you enjoy and find pleasant. “ Feel good” hormones rush through your body and you are in love with life. It feels good and you desire more of it.
If, however what you have co created isn’t very pleasing to you and it does feel real.. different chemicals and emotional reactions are rushing through your body. You feel frightened, worried, anxious, in a rush to do something to change things.
Resistance is futile. The more you fight, push, pull and resist the present situation the bigger it gets. The stronger it feels and the more stress and worry you experience.
What to do?
First acknowledge that’s it illusion. It’s energy, nothing more, nothing less. It’s also your creation. See how powerful you are? Look what you created, now that’s power.
The same power that you used to create your present circumstances you can also use to create something different.
You might be saying right about now, “it sure looks and feels real”. Have you ever watched images on a wall put there by a projector? They look real, movies and TV look real too. They are not, they are mirror images of something else.. thought.. feelings..
In order for you to create something different than what you are now experiencing you just have to think and feel differently.
Stop for just a moment and think about something really pleasant. Think about how good a hug feels, remember a recent hug that really warmed your heart.
Now, you’ve just created something different than what you were experiencing a moment ago.
This is the process that we all follow all the time. We think, we empower the thoughts with feeling and passion, thinking them and feeling them over and over again until we call them into form.
When you shift your thoughts and your feelings, you shift reality. You begin the process of calling into your experience that which you believe you will experience.
We’ve all done it many times. Ever think of someone and in just a little bit the phones rings and that person is on the phone?
When you begin to realize that the present is the result of past thoughts, emotions and beliefs, you are empowered with understanding that in order to change your experiences you simply shift your thought and beliefs.. your expectations.
Whatever your present circumstance, it’s a wonderful teacher showing you how creation, reality works.
Look at the situation and trace back your part in it. What thoughts, beliefs, expectations did you use to bring it into form?
Now that you know how you did it, simply use that same principle to create another physical illusion of reality.
Start right where you are. Begin by shifting your thoughts and feelings about the present. Rather than being worried and stressed, be thankful for the lesson this brings you. Be grateful for the insight and understanding you now have because of this situation.
As you change how you think and feel about the present continue that energy into what you really would like to experience. What are you desiring? Think it, feel it, follow inspired action to bring it into your physical illusion of reality.
You know you can do it, you just saw how powerful you really are.

Let us take a moment to review some of what we have discussed so far.
• I have stated my position that no matter what your life circumstances are, you have all the mind power you need in your possession right now to immeasurably improve those conditions.
• Generally, your life circumstances are not really your fault, although this is not meant to give you license to blame others either.
• It is up to you to either continue doing what you are now doing or to take positive actions to improve your life outcomes including more money, if you choose.
• To bring about meaningful changes in your life requires a COMMITMENT TO CHANGE and a PROCESS.
• There are many processes available from the many books, audio CDs, and DVDs on the market created by personal development authors, but the commitment can only come from you.
If you have not chosen a process for change from one of those sources, feel free to adopt the one I recommend in these articles that has served me well. I call it The 180 Degree Life, wherein you literally begin to think and act in the exact opposite of your present habitual patterns.
If you have chosen to adopt this 180 degree life, you should have prepared a list of things, conditions, and people you do not want in your life any longer. I suggest that you now take that list and on the right side of the sheet, write a statement that represents to you the exact opposite of each of those items.
For example, you may have written on the left side of your sheet that your relationship with your significant other stinks. On the right side you might write that you desire a loving, caring, fulfilling relationship with a significant other. In another example, you may have written on the left side that you do not have enough money. On the right side, you could write that you desire to be financially rich. For each item you list on the right side of your sheet, write a brief paragraph defining what that particular desire means to you.
Once you have completed your list on both the left and right side of the sheet or sheets of paper, take another clean sheet and list all of the DO NOT WANT things on it. This time the items do not have to be on a particular side of the sheet. Do the same for the DO WANT items along with the defining statements you have written.
After you have separated your DO NOT WANT list form your DO WANT list, it is time to perform a little ceremony. Take the DO NOT WANT list and shred it into very small pieces and flush them in small groups down the toilet, making sure that each group of shreds does not plug up the plumbing. There is a psychological reason for doing this. You are figuratively flushing the things you DO NOT WANT out of your mind and out of your life. What remains is what you truly do want.
This I know for sure. You can claim or re-claim control of your own mind power. You are the most miraculous of all living beings on earth. You are the owner of a mind that is so stupendous, that as you truly begin mastering your mind power and consciously using it, there is no dream that you can dream that you cannot achieve.

Responsibility is one of the biggest issues that we interact with everyday in the world around us. Whether that is concerning the interaction that we have with another person or the way we take on things inside ourselves in our own individual experiences. We are faced with the contemplation of whether to take full responsibility for our own actions or experiences within all that we do, a choice that is determined by how we deal individually with situations. This at times leads to pinpointing real issues that we have inside ourselves and the nature of how we can cope with everyday experiences.
Not everyone can deal with certain circumstances that they come across in life. Sometimes things can seem too big a task to take on that it is a slow process in order to get enthusiasm, not wanting to give full responsibility to the task at hand. This then can at times lead to conflicts and issues between other people when someone does not take on the full responsibility for their own original choices made, especially if they make plans that effects other people involved. It might be because some responsibilities that we take on have not our interest, or desire, and lead us to not finish or rather poorly resolve things we decide to at one time participate in.
What is the basis of this poor judgment on our own part that leads us to make decisions that we cannot fulfill or take full responsibility for?
A good way to see this is in a visual way, by detailing and experience of a person who would come across the same issues. For example, Daniel who has made a decision to help a friend even though he does not know if he has the means in which to deliver his word. His friend is Peter and when he was at the party talking with him last night, he asked him for help on Sunday at his house with some moving of his furniture. What they both do not realize is that already a responsibility has been taken on by both of them in arranging the situation in the first place. Sunday comes and Daniel is late and Peter calls him up to ask if everything is ok. Daniel responds by telling him that he forgot and that he had other plans for the day.
Well this is an obvious and direct representation of responsibility, outwardly seen. Daniel did not keep to his word so then in turn not taking responsibility for what he arranged to do for his friend.
If you think that Peter does not also have a part to play in all of this you are wrong. Peter also has responsibilities of his own. He knew himself earlier that he could arrange to have someone come and move the furniture for him. However now his is stuck with no help at all, because of his need to save money, he has to take responsibility now on his own shoulders. Instead he asked his friend Daniel so he would not have to pay for the costs. Now that he has to rely on his friend it has left him also in a powerless situation, that he himself does not take responsibility for in his own choosing. Peter is angry at his friend now for not being there for him. Should he be angry with himself for not taking his own responsibility for the task he had to get done himself, relying on others to do it for him? If he wants to take the risk to ask someone else for help then his own real answer is to wait patiently to help arrives and not rely on it to bring eventual reward.
This is where the underlying issue of responsibility takes full circle. We all have responsibilities for all the things we do in our lives, no matter what they are, whether they be a word, or an action, or a choice, we take on the full spectrum of the result to all that we participate in. As soon as we give away responsibility to another and rely on them for what we can ourselves achieve, we give away our own control of how we deal with the issue at hand. Then we get angry at the people who do not fulfill our goals to what we desire, when in real truth we should also be viewing ourselves and why we need to ask for help in the first place.
What is not acknowledged is that every single person in life, no matter what they do, have their own unique responsibility to hold within themselves. That responsibility is for their own choices, actions, and wellbeing for all that they do in life. No matter what type of responsibilities they are. No other person out there has responsibility on what we ourselves as individuals achieve or fulfill in our lives and in ourselves. We are the main contributor to our lives and the only one who truly knows what we need and what we need to fulfill.
If we become angry with another, often it can come from our own problems of not being able to handle the situation ourselves and the responsibility we have when it comes to the issue. This anger is not then so much towards the other person, it can be a way of expressing the fact that we as individuals do not always know how to deal with certain situations ourselves. The responsibility gets so big that we have to rely on others to get us through. It is not until we fall deep into a puddle of pressure that we realize that the only way we will actually achieve what we want for ourselves is when we take full responsibility for all that we wish to achieve, no matter the obstacles or challenges that come our way. If we have to ask for help in this process, if we are taking full responsibility in ourselves, then we will wait it out until the very end without criticism, allowing others their own choices in the process.
There is no use sitting idly jealous and angry at others for achieving things that we can also achieve in ourselves. We can every one of use stand up to the challenge. If we continue to ask for help, never taking the responsibility ourselves for our own choices and actions, and continue to be angry at others for not fulfilling our wishes, it might well end up that we are left alone to wallow in our own state of feeling sorry for ourselves. It is at this point then, when there is no one left to be there for us, after pushing all away, that we have to stand up on our own two feet and make a choice to take responsibility for our own lives and all that we do. We then realize that most people have problems already to deal with through what they have to achieve themselves then to have to hold up everyone else along the way. Eventually it becomes to heavy a burden also for them to handle and so they eventually have to let go so they do not fall themselves.
It can at times be hard to face things that might seem like a struggle. We look to others and feel a certain jealousy when we see that they are doing well in their lives, and we presume that they have life so easy and simple. What is really showing is a person that has taken responsibility into themselves for their own life, choosing not to ask always for help from others but instead to push through it in themselves. Outwardly they might look as if they have the world in their hands, but the process to go through the experience has been the same, only that they took the responsibility on for themselves without falling onto others to do it for them.
We can forever search outside of ourselves for answers and help, but all the help is already within. When we take responsibility for our own lives and actions then, only then, will we fulfill all that we dream and hope to achieve.
Responsibility is what makes us who we are, it is our life, and by grasping it in our own hands, we hold our life strong and create all that is possible. We are then declaring that we are in charge of our own world and all that we do and receive from our journey is a reward for ourselves. It is our own life; it is our responsibility to take control of it.

Why would any sane person spend effort improving at something they hate to do? The concept seems crazy, doesn’t it? This is something only a crazy person would invest time into. So why is it then that the majority of the workforce in North America does exactly that every time they go to work? Is the majority of the workforce crazy? In my opinion, yes, they are insane.
Any human being who invests time at anything is going to get better at doing that thing. If you give me the meanest guy you can find from your local biker bar and I make him hangout with a 80 year old lady for a month to learn how to knit, guess what? Amazingly enough he will get better at it. By the end of the month, he will be good at it. Now does this then make a logical point that every guy like this should be doing that? No, that would be insane! Now you understand that just because you’re getting better at doing something doesn’t necessarily mean that you should be doing it. Just because you work at a stable and every day you get better at shoveling horse poop, doesn’t mean you should stay at that job.
Let’s take a look at the concept of desensitization. If you are staying at your current job because the longer you are there, the less you hate it, you are again insane. Your goal in life should not be a job that you hate less by the day; it should be a job that you actually enjoy doing. Desensitization basically states that in any situation of prolonged exposure to discomfort, over time, you feel the discomfort less and less. It’s not that the situation is getting any better, it’s just that you are getting more used to it. This is incredibly dangerous. You are getting more and more used to being unhappy and poor by the day and the longer you live like this, the less of a chance you will actually do something to better your situation.
The one and only resource that you have a fixed supply of is time. Money can be made and lost easily, and money can buy just about any resource, all except for time. Time is the one thing that you only get so much of. With this understanding, let’s look at the use of your time. If you spend 9 hours doing something you hate, you’re going to gain skill at it. However, if you spend that same amount of time doing something you enjoy, something you’re passionate about; your improvement will be far greater. Logic then dictates that the better you get at doing something, the more money you can make doing it. This is yet another reason to quit doing the job you hate as soon as possible. Sure, you may have to down-shift your income level for a while, but in the long run you’ll end up happier and wealthier. The sooner you start, the sooner you’ll get there.
It’s time to debunk the myth that everyone with money is unhappy. What a load of crap! I speak from personal experience on this one. I have lived through times in my life when I have deposited $100,000.00 checks into my bank account and I have lived through times when I pulled lost change out of the washers at a public laundromat so I could order dinner off of the dollar menu at McDonalds. Here is the real truth about the link between money and happiness that no one else has ever told you.
Money buys you more of whatever you had in your life before you had money.
That’s it. Simple, isn’t it? Take a drug addict on skid-row and give them a bunch of money, what do they do? Buy more drugs. Show me someone without any friends or money, give them money and guess what? Somehow they end up even more isolated from people. Show me a person who is happy, who loves what they do in life, give them money, and I will show you an even happier person. Do what you love, make more money as a result, and that money will buy you more of what you already had. Go make it happen.

Some authors distinguish between two forms of intrinsic motivation: one based on enjoyment, the other on obligation. There is currently no universal theory to explain the origin or elements of intrinsic motivation, and most explanations combine elements of Fritz Heider’s attribution theory, Bandura’s work on self-efficacy and other studies relating to locus of control and goal orientation. Motivation is also an important element in the concept of Andragogy (what motivates the adult learner).
It is inducing others in a specific way towards goals specifically stated by the motivator. A goal should be moderate, not too hard or too easy to complete. Goal-setting theory is based on the notion that individuals sometimes have a drive to reach a clearly defined end state. Goals in the classroom: students’ learning strategies and motivation processes is the most important.
Successful experience: It is the teachers’ responsibility to help learners achieve academic success by providing challenging, yet attainable tasks by the student. Success is measured on an individual basis, recognizing that it means different things to different students. As a result it includes a range of dimensions that are relevant to success at work but which are not conventionally regarded as being part of performance motivation. In both cases, most people are not optimally motivated, as many want a challenge (which assumes some kind of insecurity of success). What follows is a guide to motivation using what I’ve learned over the last few years in a series of successful accomplishments, goals and habit changes. I’ve had many failures, but also many successes, and I’ve learned a lot from all of them.
Positive attitude is a must for a successful learning atmosphere. There are all kinds of motivations, of course, from positive to negative. But I find that positive motivation works better — if it’s something you really want to do, you’ll do a much better job than to avoid something you don’t want (such as being fired). Secondly, there is positive and negative motivation to do the thing´s. So with extrinsic motivation out and negative motivation out, we’re left with only one quadrant: Intrinsic positive. Create a happy, positive work environment and people are naturally motivated. No amount of “positive” encouragement can change that.
Motivation management was based on a study of all managers of training programs. Ability in turn depends on education, experience and training and its improvement is a slow and long process.
Here’s what I think: In the extrinsic quadrants, the motivation is not really the thin in itself, but the reward or punishment associated with doing something. Second, the depiction reflects a widely shared assumption, one which forms part of the backdrop for debates about the nature of moral motivation. A winning mind set can make your experiences positivewith the qualification (alluded to earlier) that they reject, apparently universally, the idea that moral motivation is ordinarily overriding.

What belief system do you adopt today? Do you think you are meant for greatness? Or do you think you are just a nobody who is destined for failure?
Whether or not you are somebody special or a nobody, the decision has to be made by you.
How? It is through the belief system you adopt in your life. Your belief system is extremely powerful because the outcome of your life is determined by the belief you have.
Henry Ford said this, “Whether you can or cannot, you are right”.
If you think you cannot achieve a certain goal in your life, then I can guarantee you the outcome will turn out to be a failure.
However, if you believe that you can do it no matter what, you are likely to succeed.
This is the difference between an optimist’s belief system and a pessimist’s belief system.
An optimist is someone who always believes in himself to do great things in life. He believes he is destined to do and to achieve much more. He does not have a limiting belief, even the situation seems to be unfair to him.
People who are optimists see things differently and this is the belief system of the successful people in life. They live differently, they talk differently, they walk confidently and they feel good about themselves, even they know they are not good looking.
How often do you see a successful people has a limiting belief? How often do you see an CEO of the listed company says negative things like, “We are just a listed company, we are not different from others”?
It is simply impossible. If an CEO of a listed company has a pessimist’s belief system, he would not have listed his company on the board.
An pessimist’s belief system, on the other hand, has a very limiting belief system. He thinks that he is destined to failure in life and greatness only meant for others but not him.
He sees the world as a corrupted and hopeless place to live on. No matter what he does, he thinks that he will never be able to achieve his goal. He does not even bother setting goals in his life.
When a situation seems to be fair and beneficial to a pessimist, his belief system will direct him into thinking that good things must come to an end and there is no point experiencing such a good situation at this moment.
Even when people treat him nicely, he will think that they must be up to something.
So what is the difference between an optimist and a pessimist? Why bother?
It is extremely important that a person does not adopt a wrong belief system like a pessimist because it will affect the outcome of his life.
If you are an optimist and belief that “There is no failure in life, only feedback and no matter what, I know I will achieve my goals”, would you be likely to take massive action and work towards your goals?
Of course you would!
What if you have a pessimist belief system, thinking that no matter what you do, you are not likely to succeed, even if you set goals for yourself, are you likely to take action?
Of course not! Why bother taking action if a person knows that he is going to fail anyway?
So, question is this. The outcome of your life is greatly determined by the belief system you adopt in your life. Think like an optimist and you will achieve great things. Think like a pessimist and you will be a nobody, I guarantee that.

Often when I ask people what do they really want to be different in their lives, I am surprised to hear them respond that they do not know what they want to be different. If I press them a bit, most come up with general answers like they would like to have more money, a better job, or a long-delayed vacation. When I then ask them why they think they do not have those things, they generally have a list of reasons. The number one reason is usually a lack of money.
Once the conversation turns away from what it is that they want to general topics, it is usually not very long before statements of negativity related to their circumstances creep into their comments. They seem to sense that I am picking up on the negative comments, and they will eventually say something that indicates that is just how the world is for them. For them, their life circumstances are all messed up. Yet, they do not know what it is that would clear up the mess for them.
Even though it causes me to pause briefly when people tell me they do not know what they want, I truly do understand. Most people get discouraged from seeking ways to fulfill their dreams and desires very early in life. Their dream-seeking is quickly turned into job-seeking by the apparent realities they observe in their environment. Once people get trapped in a paycheck to paycheck job situation, the demands of the job and of life in general make it less and less likely that they will allow themselves to be exposed to different life options.
Make no mistake about it, changing the course of your life is not to be taken lightly. My question to you is are you truly ready to do it? The good news is countless other people have made such a change. They took the same basic steps and used the same basic equipment that is at your disposal right now. They had to master their mind power. They had to learn how to change most of their habitual thinking patterns and align them with their new goals. In essence, they had to re-build their self images to conform to the new realities they decided to produce in their lives.
If you are ready to begin mastering your mind power but are in need of a starting point, here is an exercise that I found to be most helpful to me. Set aside some quiet time for your self, take out a few blank sheets of paper, draw a line down the middle of a sheet or sheets and begin listing on the left side of the page any beliefs, situations, habits and conditions that you can think of that you do not want in your life any more.
Be honest with yourself. This list is for your eyes only. You have had more than enough input or advice from others during your life. This exercise is about you working on your own individual life no matter how uncomfortable it might feel initially.
This I know for sure. You can claim or re-claim control of your own mind power. You are the most miraculous of all living beings on earth. You are the owner of a mind that is so stupendous, that as you truly begin mastering your mind power and consciously using it, there is no dream that you can dream that you cannot achieve.

Have you ever seen someone who hates to smile and laugh? No matter what jokes you throw at them, they seem no response. This kind of people hardly feels the sense of humor and hard to get motivated when they are down, because they don’t have an open mind. Therefore, learn to smile and laugh first before you get yourself motivated.
6. Often dream about what you want to achieve. Imagination is the best motivation. If you know how to make use of your imagination, you can make your dreams come true, fast. Everything happens twice, once in your mind as somebody’s thoughts, and once in reality. If you can control your thoughts, you can then control your decision that affects your actions. Everything starts from the inside, which will be your mind. You either learn to conquer it, or it will conquer you.

There are a lot of free newsletter offered in the web, you can subscribe to them and get constant motivation tips. Motivational blogs are also great for this too, and my blog is one of them.
8. Get close to the nature. This is what you can do when you feel stressed. Go out and get a walk, breathe the natural fresh air to free and calm your mind. Sometimes when you do so, you will find the solutions for your problems. This is because you have calmed your mind and focus in the solution instead of the problem.
Constant motivation is a must-have process in your road to success. Without motivation, you will loosen up yourself quick and procrastinate on your action. The more you procrastinate, the more you use to it and the more you are not going to achieve what you want in your life.
Remember what you have learned today. Whenever you feel down, make sure that you use all the strategies mentioned above. You need to keep yourself motivated. Success is a long-term process and motivation will be your fuel. So keep yourself hot all the time.
