I learned a valuable lesson with this awesome community, as the German psychophysicist Ernst Weber stated, “The ability to detect small changes in the intensity of weak stimuli, but only large changes in the intensity of strong stimuli (Lahey, 2007).” Our combined efforts of our community are growing in strength as well as numbers. Secret codes have always been a hot topic for mystery writers, but The BraveHeart Women Global Community Code of Ethics of integrity is established in the hearts of our community members, and not on paper. “It is important to connect with people whose vision and aspirations are worth sharing, and whose integrity is strong, and also visualizing yourself to fulfill the same definition ~Ellie Drake.”

The sensations and perceptions of each community member are being received and organized for the interpretation of each member’s role of communication. My role of communication with the community became much easier to comprehend, as I was able to see the pattern of our combined efforts. I began to sense these accomplishments as they were being performed as:

· Communicating openly, but considering others’ feelings before speaking.

· Respecting others and being polite without pretending.

· Remembering to listen to all ideas and suggestions.

· Brainstorming for solutions.

· Reaching decisions without anger and tension.

· Eliminating pride when outside assistance is needed.

It is an enjoyment to learn and share ideas within the community. I have begun to establish communication with each of The BraveHeart Women Global Community members, and my communication needed to be accurate and precise, because it is often online collaboration. The non face-to-face communication with the community should be established with clarity approaching each contact until we are united together, as we attend group meetings for inspired events. I was encouraged to learn to embrace their individual personalities so that we could establish a unified community.

We have to come to an understanding of realization that the human mind has learning experiences that are a combination of ambitions, emotions, fears, as well as motivations, inspirations, and desires.
