Subiminal messages are fun.
You can use them to positively affect your life and, by definition, you won’t even notice it happening.
That’s great.
But where can you find free subliminal software to put subliminal messages in your life?
That depends on what kind of subliminal messages you want.
If you spend a lot of time at your computer, start off with the kind of software that flashes pre-written subliminal messages onto your screen.
This works quite well and there’s a source for it in the link at the end of this article.
The only time you’ll consciously notice the subliminal messages is if your computer is working really, really hard (recalculating thousands of complicated formulas in an Excel spreadsheet, that kind of thing). Otherwise the messages will simply appear briefly on your screen. Your subconscious mind will notice them and will act on them. Your conscious mind will be oblivious as usual. Which, if you’re like me, means “no change there, then”.
If you are out and about, it’s worth recording your own subliminal messages to play on your iPod.
It’s easy to do and has a couple advantages:
- It’s quick.
- You know what the messages are saying because you recorded them.
So long as you’ve got a microphone on your computer, it’s a cinch to record your own messages. Chances are your webcam or laptop has a microphone built in. Which means you’re almost set.
The built in sound recorder in Windows isn’t really designed for anything complicated. So get hold of the exceptional (and free) Audacity. Use that to record your subliminal messages and then play around with the sound levels to overlay them over whatever track you like listening to.
Go ahead, experiment.
Or if you’re feeling lazy, just go out and buy a track that someone else has recorded.
