Mastering Your Mind Power: Training Your Imagination

Wednesday 31 December 2008 @ 4:12 pm

by Former Retiree
On a recent visit to the local library, I took notice, really took notice of a giant Sequoia tree about twenty feet from the front entrance. The tree stands nearly 100 feet tall and has a trunk that is about 6 feet in diameter. Now I have been past that tree hundreds of times before as I visited that library, but I had only paid enough attention to it to know that it was there.

Laying on the ground underneath the tree were several seed carrying cones with their numerous seeds attached. Each seed was about the size of a dime but a bit thicker. On that day, I saw that magnificent tree in a different light. The realization that this gargantuan of a tree grew from that small seed produced a profound sense of awe in me.

I was once again reminded that everything that my eyes beheld around me, including the library building, the cars on the streets, the street lights, the streets, the books inside the library, even the people visiting the library (including me) began as a relatively tiny seed. The inanimate items, of course, began as thought seeds in the imagination of someone.

Herein is the importance of mastering your mind power by training your imagination. Just as the giant Sequoia tree develops from the small seed or the human adult grows from a tiny microscopic egg, so will your desires grow out of the thoughts, ideas, and mental images that you consistently hold in your imagination.

I am certain that you have had or now have thoughts of what you would like to have, to do, or to be. It is now up to you to organize a regimen for consistently presenting those thoughts to your subconscious mind through your imagination. It is you and only you who have been given absolute control by your creator over what may be allowed into your imagination.

The first order of business is to organize your thoughts into your definite major goal or intention. This step is of utmost importance. To neglect this step would be like embarking on a driving trip from Hayward, California to New York City, New York without planning a route. What would be your chances of ever getting there? As critical as this step is, the vast majority of the population, approximately 95%, never, ever, do it. Unfortunately, there is a 95% chance that you are one of those people.

The next step is to set aside definite periods of every day to relax yourself and bring the images that represent what you want to have, to be, or to do into your imagination. For most people, these periods must be longer than the 5 to 10 minutes 3 times a day that many authors suggest. I think those periods should be more in the half hour to and hour range.

I am sure that your first reaction to the longer periods is that it is impossible to carve out that much time from your busy day. However, before you make that pronouncement your permanent reality, I strongly urge you to analyze how you are using your time now and determine if your activities are moving you toward your goal or intention.

This I know for sure. You can claim or reclaim control of your own mind power. You are the most miraculous of all living beings on earth. You are the owner of a mind that is so stupendous, that as you truly begin mastering your mind power and consciously using it, there is no dream that you can dream that you cannot achieve.

How to Get Motivated

Tuesday 30 December 2008 @ 5:12 pm

by Denise Ryan
Most of the articles I see that discuss motivation talk about sports. But we average Joes and Jills are not playing sports. We just have to get out of bed everyday, go to work, and try to live. We don’t have a coach working with us and a bunch of fans cheering us on. There are no big endorsement contracts, no uniforms, and seldom the thrill of victory. How do we find motivation?

It seems to me that most people want to find the motivation to do something (or to stop doing something). Let me give you some examples:

Lose weight or eat healthier. Stop smoking. Get rid of clutter or be more organized. Get out of debt. Exercise. Make better use of their time.

I don’t think what is needed is necessarily motivation. I think what is needed is true desire, discipline, and information.

What do I mean? True desire - you have to really, truly want it. It starts here. It’s not going to be easy, but don’t lie to yourself. If deep down you really would rather have that new pair of shoes than pay off that credit card - I can’t help you. You’ve got to get this straight in your own head. You have to decide what you really want and go for it. When athletes take the field they want to win. Period. You have to have that level of clarity and desire.

You don’t hear much about discipline anymore and that’s a damn shame. Because discipline is what you’re going to need. The discipline to get out of bed when you don’t feel like it and go to the gym. The discipline to not buy those shoes and put that money in the bank. The discipline to go to night school when your friends are out partying. Every successful person in the history of the world could practice discipline. Discipline is doing what might suck in the short term to get you where you want to go in the long term. No discipline equals no success. There is no easy way out.

Information is vital. Too many people fail because they don’t know what they need to do to succeed. They don’t realize they will NEVER get out of debt paying the minimum balance on their credit cards. They don’t know that salad dressing, cheese and bacon they just dumped on their salad destroyed their diet. You don’t need more motivation - you need more information.

Here’s your “motivation:”

1. Commit or let it go. You have got to be able to say “I will do whatever it takes to do ______________.” And you have to mean this. If there is any doubt in your mind, come back when you’re ready. Don’t waste your time until then.

2. Get smart. You obviously aren’t that smart about this particular topic. Hey - there’s no shame in that!! If you could see my library, you’d know there’s a whole lotta stuff I’m not too smart about! But you need to quit thinking you have all the answers. Get a basic book on managing your finances or on weight lost or organization. Whatever it is you think you need “motivation” for. Anything that promises you a quick fix is a lie and a bad source. You are not going to become rich, skinny or organized overnight. You need to get smart, not suckered.

3. Set up systems. Automatic payroll deduction, making your lunch the night before, immediately sorting the mail over the trash can, deleting all email by the end of the day - you have got to make this a no brainer. Your systems will start to form habits and the new behaviors will become easier.

4. DISCIPLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!! These systems are going to be hard at first, they may be hard for a long time. Even the life long athlete has days when they don’t want to workout. That’s where discipline comes in. You have to work your system even when you don’t want to. Now - I don’t mean that if you have an injury, you keep working out. I mean if it’s cold outside and you just don’t feel like it, you man up and go. There’s a difference between taking care of yourself and being undisciplined, and we all know it. This is the difference between those who get what they want out of life and those who don’t. And the only person who can do this for you is you.

Don’t get discouraged - what I find is that the more you practice discipline - the easier it gets. You become stronger. Your self-esteem rises. You realize that you CAN get out there and do anything - you just have to push yourself.

5. Keep on top of it. Life happens - sometimes things will occur that will throw you off track. You may have a health issue or you may have to go out of town for work and things may pile up on your desk. This has nothing to do with your discipline. The clutter comes back, the exercise regime can’t be completed, you regain some weight. That will happen, it’s okay. As soon as you can, get those systems going again. The longer you wait, the harder it will be. Do what you can as soon as you can.

6. Fight the P Sisters - procrastination and perfectionism. Don’t put it off till tomorrow. Better to do a little today than nothing. It DOES NOT have to be perfect. A short workout is better than no workout. A small binge is better than a huge binge. Get back on track as soon as you can.

You might read this and think - but I just want motivation to get out of bed and go to work or to be a better parent. You know what I’m going to say? Look at those steps in that context - are you really committed to loving your job? If not, don’t look for me to motivate you into it! If you are, are there things you could learn to make you better at it? To help you advance? If you don’t know, learn the answer!

Set up systems - if you love your co-workers, make sure you have a fun lunch planned with one each day. The discipline is that you have to fight to keep your fire about anything - you have to keep learning, keep growing, keep reminding yourself of what you like, etc. etc.

Do you see? These steps really do apply to anything you want to be “motivated” about. So there it is - stop waiting for that magic “motivation” and get on it!

How to Get Rid of Low Self Esteem?

Tuesday 30 December 2008 @ 2:12 pm

by Sudath Wijesooriya
Are you lacking confidence in any area of your life? Do you not believe in your abilities and skills? Are you always seeking approval from others in whatever you do?

If you answered YES to one of the above questions, then you are sadly having a low self esteem and lacking confidence. But do not be worried as there are very powerful techniques today which can bring back your self esteem and confidence within a shortest possible time.

I have been having a very low self esteem and had no confidence in myself until about 6-7 months ago. I was a very quiet and timid child in college and in society. I was too shy to have friends and always was lonely. I never took part in extra curricular activities or sports in college nor was active in any club or social gathering due to my timidity and low self esteem. I considered my self to be inferior to every body and every other child was better than me as per my view. I never could do any thing in my life without being self conscious and was always thinking what the other people might be thinking of me. I always was seeking others approval in whatever activity I did.

I can go on stating how negative my self talk was but it would prolong this article unnecessarily. So I think you will be able to get a glimpse of how my confidence level would have been. The main problem was I never accepted myself the way I am. I always wanted to be some one else and hated myself.

Then, How to Get Rid of Low Self Esteem or Low Confidence?

Later in my adult life I learnt that, the first thing would be to accept myself with all my faults and problems, if I needed to improve anything at all in my life. So I started to accept all my short comings and faults as a first step towards change. It is easy said than done. If you have tried to accept yourself as you are, with all your problems and faults, you would know what I am talking about.

I used Emotional Freedom Technique to accept myself as I am right now. What Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT does is, it helps you accept yourself as you are, by tapping on your energy meridians or points. But in order to succeed with EFT, you should be able to recall specific incidents of your past where you are holding on to emotionally and then release these incidents using EFT.

Accepting yourself right now is the key to improve your self esteem. Even though most people think that if they accept them as they are, that they will be stuck and not change, the reverse happens here. The more you accept and love your self with all your faults, limiting beliefs and problems, the more you are open to change and to acquire a higher self esteem. So EFT is a good starter in getting rid of low self esteem or low confidence.

But, about two to three months ago I came across a brainwave entrainment product while searching the net that promised to sky rocket my self esteem and confidence within the shortest possible time. They were using latest Patent Pending cutting edge technology known as 3P-DEAP which made them stand out among other products of similar nature.

I ordered the product, which is a six stage product and the first stage is given FREE. Within the first 3-4 days I felt an amazing difference in my inner and outlook. I was so calm and relaxed mentally and physically, and my Self Esteem actually has sky rocketed as promised by the developers. I feel so engrossed in the moment and do not worry about the past or do not fear the future any more.

All my health, financial and other goals are coming to pass each day, even without my knowledge about it. It is really amazing and recommended for anyone who is suffering from low self esteem and low confidence.

You have nothing to lose and every thing to gain by trying this product, since the first part is for FREE.

Team Building: Win Championships, not Games

There was a fable which most of us would have heard in our raw ages- how a sparrow was caught in a net by a chaser, tried hard to do break free, when other sparrow friends came to her rescue. They all got together and flew away to the forest along with the net. In the forest, a rat friend bit away the net with his teeth, and saved the sparrow. Moral: Together, a team can cross all hurdles. Such Team Building Aesop’s fables are commonly used today.

Team Building isn’t marked by the concepts of age, time or space. It’s something that is taught to us since nursery, is on the top-most-agendas list in management schools, and is given due importance in companies and corporate firms. The importance of Team Building is emphasized so much that there are special Team Building training institutes that conduct team workshops.

And if we talk about business firms, Team Building is an effort that is highly emphasized, and there is a correct need to do so. Today, a company’s manpower is so large, hundreds and thousands of people working together, sometimes even geographically apart, that Team Building becomes as much important as difficult to achieve.

To help learn Team Building lessons, companies conduct Team Building activities periodically. The highlighted aim of such activities is to let all the employees participate equally, share the responsibilities and understand the essence of Team Building. To create a positive impact on organizational growth, there are various institutions that conduct Team Building workshops. These workshops emphasize the team’s effectiveness in achieving the goals, and hone the team’s armament.

Great teams make great organizations, and this is precisely the reason of the mounting popularity of Team Building corporate learning institutes. There are many success stories of such institutes who have converted ‘a group of people’ into ‘a team’, and reaped huge benefits. Remember, alone you can win a game, but together you win championships!

Corporate Learning Institute offersTeam Building , Team Building Workshops, excellent training and team building services in Illinois and Chicago. For more information Visit http://www.corplearning.com.

How to Get Motivated, Quickly and Easily

Thursday 25 December 2008 @ 3:12 pm

by Constantine George
Getting the motivation to do something — whether it’s a trip to the kitchen or to pursue your dream career — seems easy enough, but few can sustain the motivation to follow-through consistently.

There’s always too much to do. The task is too big. Tomorrow’s a better day to get started. Right? There are a million reasons we don’t act, but almost always the consequences of our inaction are guilt and regret.

You’ll be glad to discover that you can stop that vicious cycle of inaction and regret and become the self-motivated person you always wanted to be!

Here are some excellent tips on how to motivate yourself, even when you’ve hit a setback, are in a slump, or haven’t even begun to figure out what you want from life:

1. Focus. Focus on just one goal at a time. Even if you’re working toward improving several areas of your life, focus on each goal separately. This helps to keep you from feeling overwhelmed and prevents you from giving up before you get started. Flush out everything else from your mind, and keep your energies focused on the one goal.(

* Develop a tunnel vision focus to tune out unimportant tasks and distractions.(

2. Envision results. Remembering why you’re inspired in the first place will refresh your motivation towards attaining your goal.(

* Think of how your life will be changed and improved once you achieve this goal.(

3. Start small. Determine the tasks necessary to reach your goal. Now divide these tasks into a series of smaller tasks. Continue this process until you’ve obtained tasks that you know you can accomplish. It’s like bite-size chunks. When the chunks are small enough, you know you won’t be biting off more than you can chew at one time!(

* Attaining many small goals on your way to the big goal keeps you happy and motivated with constant successes.(

4. Network. Talk to friends, coworkers, and experts in the area you seek to master. Get them to share tips, advice and experiences they’ve had that can help you to reach your goal. Surrounding yourself with people who have the same goals — or have already attained them — will inspire you to act.(

5. Tell people about your goals. By telling people about your goal, you are making a pact that you will follow-through. Tell your friends, family and coworkers to energize your motivation.(

6. Dedicate daily time. Dedicate a certain amount of time each day specifically to furthering this goal. Investing time in attaining your goal every day will keep it in your mind as positive action.(

* Positive action propels success and diminishes doubts and regret.(

7. Research. Research industry or topic books, blogs and forums. Anything you do to make yourself more knowledgeable about your goal can inspire you to act.(

8. Reward yourself. When you accomplish a step or a positive outcome in your goal plan, reward yourself with a nice dinner or something that will make you feel special. (

9. Learn from your mistakes. First, recognize that you will make mistakes and accept this. Second, take the opportunity to learn what to do (or not to do) the next time.(

* Analyzing how to fix the error will push you forward with greater confidence.(

10. Replace negativity with positive thoughts and actions. We all encounter those negative thoughts that tell us to give up, but knowing how to counteract them will keep you on track toward your goal. Your mindset and attitude determine the positive or negative outcome of any situation. Keep those positive thoughts and actions coming and success will surely follow. (

* Negativity is not reality unless you make it so.

Self-motivation begins with the end in mind, and the only person who can get you there is you! By using this combination of tips and techniques, you can motivate yourself to take action toward your goals. You’ll be proud of yourself for doing something positive to make your life better. Plus, you’ll develop a mindset that will serve you well into the future for achieving more and more of what you want out of life!

How to Make A Vision Board For The New Year

Wednesday 24 December 2008 @ 2:12 pm

by Darlene Siddons
New Year Resolutions are nothing but short-term annual goals that help us to improve and break out of bad habits. They are almost always about self-improvement and are simply goals for the new year.

A term of Blue Monday has been assigned to the first full week of January when the combined depressive effects of the glow of Christmas fades away, New Year resolutions are broken, winter cold weather sets in, and credit card bills will be landing in the mailbox and the January paycheck is still a ways from being deposited.

It seems that new year resolutions can be superficial at best and seem to only motivate an individual for a few months. Why is it that New Year resolutions are so often abandoned so soon after they are made? The theory I have is that they aren’t written down and viewed on a daily basis. And even better than written down would be to have something to view and daily remind ourselves of, and motivate us on a daily basis.

Hence, Vision Map Videos, which are specific to our goals and affirmations we want to remember on a regular basis, you can watch videos on your computer, palm pilot, cell phone and any of your other electronic devised you have, they are right with you all time to encourage and remind you of what your intentions are on regular basis.

Most new year resolutions are dreams and/or goals that will never be realized because people fail to plan realistically of the day-to-day process required to make such dreams come into reality. What this daily process is, is to review these new goals/dreams on a daily and sometimes twice daily time frame so they can become integrated into your thoughts and being.

Vision Map Videos help you learn how to make goals and change your pattern of behavior for 2009 that will produce positive results and continually achieve the changes you want. You can pick smaller goals that you can achieve in the next 30-60 days and still have larger ones you want to start getting ready to achieve. You watch your video daily, it is fun and creates excitement in accomplishing your new goals, hence they manifest quicker.

When you set your new intentions/goals/dreams some are just too easy to achieve and they provide little motivation; but, on the other hand, unrealistically difficult goals can lead to loss of confidence and eventual rejection of your projected goals. In a video you can combine the two so that the short term, easy goals can maintain the enthusiasm and the long term goals can be creating the momentum to get off the ground and to achieve them also.

While you are in the process of realizing your dreams and meeting your goals don’t forget to enjoy your life while you live it every step of the way, as goals are the single most important force in human motivation. To keep this motivation alive now and in the future is daily stimulating the desire to achieve these financial goals, life goals, and even personal goal setting, as they are all things most people really want in their life.

Practice living in the moment, watch your Vision Map Video and you will find surprising treasures along the way in the year 2009.

Darlene has researched and practiced many spiritual and personal growth paths and now is presenting Vision Map Videos to further enlighten and enrich the life of others thru visual perceptions. If At First Ye Dont Succeed Try, Try, Try Again

Wednesday 24 December 2008 @ 2:12 pm

by The Wandering Scotsman
It is coming to that time of the year when we should be reflecting on our endeavours and appraising how things have transpired for ourselves over the past 12 months. It is after all coming to the end of another year, whether it has a been a successful or terrible year will depend on each of our individual circumstances, and whether we have achieved any of what we have set out to achieve.

On a personal note I have made some pretty big changes, I have moved from Scotland to Barbados, I’m working for myself, and believe me I feel real good about the fact that my life is not in anyway controlled by the “Boss Man”. The fact I don’t earn too much at the moment and I don’t have too much financial security isn’t quite so good. But life is heading in the right direction!

I may not have achieved as much as I set out to in 2008, in fact I’m nowhere near where I wanted to be. Is it wrong of me to want to have a successful business, to earn more money, to travel to exotic places, is it wrong of me to dream the dream and desire much, much more out of life? Of course it isn’t, if as the saying goes you don’t have the dream, how can you expect to achieve it!

So over the next few days I will be reaffirming my aims and desires for life and figuring out how I can make them a reality. I will then start 2009 with total believe, enthusiasm and the will power to succeed and get to where I want to in life.

As the immortal Scottish King Robert Bruce once said, “If At First Ye Don’t Succeed Try, Try, Try Again”. According to legend Robert the Bruce had been hiding in a cave on the Western Isles of Scotland as his attempts to free Scotland from the rule of the English had constantly being defeated and all had seemed lost for him. The future king of Scotland sat despairingly watching a spider weave it’s web, as the wind howled and blew the web apart, the spider continued to rebuild it, inspiring his famous quote, If At First Ye Don’t Succeed Try, Try, Try Again”. He carried on his quest to free Scotland from the rule of the English, he eventually succeeded in his quest.

If we were to all to give up every time the going gets tough, or when we have tricky obstacles to overcome, we wouldn’t get very far in life. Life is full of exciting character building challenges that make us what we are, some people I suppose are winners, some are losers and some keep on trying till they become winners, which category do you fall into?

I’m Garry A Wynters, “The Wandering Scotsman” a motivated individual who is currently living life to the max on the Caribbean Island of Barbados. I can be found at my 2 Barbados blogs, The Barbados Blog and Barbados Photo Blog

Motivation is the force which can Propel You towards Success

Wednesday 24 December 2008 @ 10:12 am

by Ajay Shah
Motivation is the force which can propel you towards success. Combined with Smart Work, Patience and Persistence becomes the the Key to Success. There is No other Secret for Success. It doesn’t matter what your Goals are - whether Personal or Career, whether large or small. This combination has enabled the common people like you and me to achieve uncommon success.

Highly Successful people have also struggled. They have faced many failures before succeeding. They have faced many obstacles. Most of them were not born Rich. Many of them were from moderate and some of them were from poor conditions. They have struggled despite their unfavorable circumstances.

Some of them were able to achieve extra ordinary success. Some got moderate success. Every one had come out of struggle as a better and successful person. Statistics puts the Success rate in common people at 10% or even 5% .

Then, the critical questions are:
Why majority of people fail and/or quit? What makes a small minority number of people make it to success? What made them stand apart? What is their secret to success?

We all face such questions frequently in our lives. The studies of success tales and experiences show that there is No Secret! Successful people possess a quality called motivation. They were able to keep themselves Motivated during lean times. When going gets tough, most people quit.

How and where to get this motivation?
It is not a rare commodity. Neither it is a costly proposition. It can be cultivated by every individual seeking it. It can be practiced and achieved by those who are keen enough.

Stay Positive and Determined on your course toward your goal. Seek knowledge and solutions from positive and helpful people who are ready to share them. Read success stories and try to get that can help to solve difficulties and remove obstacles.

This patience and persistence will provide you that critical Motivation. You will sustain the difficulties and grow to achieve success. You will achieve the goal you are seeking.

Crystals for Capricorn Moon Sign

Monday 22 December 2008 @ 10:12 am

by Darlene Siddons
December 22 — January 19

Moon Crystal: Snow Quartz
Intuition Crystal: Phantom Quartz

When your moon is in Capricorn you tend to be responsible and trustworthy in all areas of your life and in a relationship you are very dependable with a true commitment.

Carrying and/or wearing a Snow Quartz gives you the support you need, so you are not burdened down with your baggage and taps you into your inner wisdom. It also assists you in accomplishing your obligations smoothly and lets you feel your need of being useful and needed.

You can tend to have the feeling of not being loved and rather cut off from others, which can make you repress your feelings and the feeling of not being able to get your emotional needs met; carrying and/or wearing Magnesite helps you to be able to love yourself and also accept love from others. You want to stay balanced in this area as when your Moon is working for you it taps into your spiritual side and gives you great comfort.

Iron Pyrite is a important crystal for you to carry as it assists in your tendency of having an inferiority complex, it gives you self confidence when you need it the most, this crystal should be worn at all times. You are prone to depression and dark melancholy and this stone releases these feelings for you.

If you are a male and your moon is in Capricorn you could be rather detached from your feminine side and to get in touch with that and smooth this out for you the best crystal is Moonstone, it is perfect for the macho man or an aggressive female, it assists in balancing these negative traits out.

As you can tell you are a moon sign of many feelings and they are all good, however, they do need balancing out so that they don’t control you and turn you into a controlling person. Blue Agate helps with all of these feelings of inadequacy and emotional blocks that seem to be all around you, it creates an emotion of being able to express your feelings with ease and to also understand them and be able to move forward comfortably in your life and being.

Use Green Calcite for getting rid of old beliefs and that judgmental feeling that you can tend to have, it supports you from feeling overwhelmed by responsibility that is strong in your personality. You can also be rather persistent and dynamic along with needing emotional control and to balance all of this out carry and/or wear Rhodochronsite and you will feel much calmer and balanced.

My mission is to teach and encourage individuals how to find and maintain their balance in mind, body, spirit connection. They learn how to experience the joy of balanced living. Annoying Alarm Clock

Monday 22 December 2008 @ 3:12 am

by Timothy Shaw
BEEP, BEEP, BEEP!! “Stupid alarm clock” That has got to be one of the most annoying sounds known to man. When an alarm clock goes off in the morning, “stupid alarm clock” is probably not as bad as some would say when that annoying alarm clock goes off. I know I don’t like hearing it. I have never talked to anyone in my life that enjoys hearing that alarm clock but, it is a way of life for so many of us.

So, what would it take to get up the first time the alarm clock goes off? Is getting up right away the best thing to do when the alarm clock goes off? Is it better to hit the snooze once before waking up to the alarm clock and actually getting out of bed? These are all questions I have asked myself.

I can see how some believe it is good to get up right when the alarm clock goes off? Going back to bed when the alarm clock goes off the first time leaves risk for accidentally turning the alarm clock off. I can also see why others feel it is better to hit the snooze on the alarm clock once as well, giving the person the chance to “gradually” wake up. Some people (including myself), not always but at times, hit the snooze on their alarm clock 4 or 5 times in the morning before actually opening their eyes and getting some clothes on. This leaves huge risk for accidentally turning the alarm clock off or just being late for work.

Others however, will here the alarm clock, stand up, turn off the alarm clock and go about their normal morning routine.

With time (getting older) and knowledge, I am finding some mornings are easier to wake up to an alarm clock than other mornings. Why is that? Did I go to bed earlier the night before? Did I eat something different before I went to bed? Did I drink more water last night? so when I do hear the alarm clock, I have to go to the bathroom so bad I have to get up.

There is one thing I am realizing about waking up to an alarm clock in the morning. When I hit the snooze on my alarm clock in the morning and go back to sleep, I usually am not interested in what the next day has in store. When I don’t want to wake up when that alarm clock goes off, it is usually because I have to go to work that morning. When the alarm clock goes off on a weekend morning and I have plans to go do something with my daughter, I have no problem waking up to the alarm clock. I don’t even have a problem waking up to an alarm clock on a work day when its payday or Friday!!
