There is no doubt that every one wants to succeed. But of course, achieving success is not an easy thing. There are a lot of difficulties you have to go through in order to achieve success. There are obstacles you need to overcome. In such situations, there is an important thing you must have: motivation. Motivation is essential if you want to succeed and there are several reasons for that.
First, motivation helps you start doing what you need to do. I’m sure you realize the difference between doing something you like and doing something you don’t like. Nobody needs to push you to do something you like. You naturally want to do them. On the other hand, it’s difficult to start working on something you don’t like even if people around you push you to do so. If you are motivated, you like to do something so it’s much easier for you to do it. You don’t need other people to push you.
Second, motivation helps you keep doing what you need to do. Even if you can get yourself started, there are a lot of obstacles along the way that could stop you. Without motivation, it’s easy to give up when you meet those obstacles. You need motivation to keep moving forward when the situation is difficult.
Third, motivation helps you do things better than other people. If you are motivated, you will naturally want to do more of it. You will want to learn more and work better than other people. At the end, this will make you better than many other people who are not motivated.
Fourth, motivation helps you enjoy your journey to success. As I’ve mentioned above, the journey to success is not easy. Furthermore, it’s a long way. Motivation helps you enjoy your journey so that it will be a rewarding journey for you.
As you can see, motivation is important for success. You need motivation at the beginning, at the middle, and at the end of your way to success. In fact, motivation can make the difference between being a winner and a loser in life.

I always hear people say that they wish they can have this or they can have that. Although what they want can differ, the commonality is that they always use the word ‘wish’ in their statement, and usually with a sigh! As a motivational speaker, I firmly believe that if you want to achieve goals in life, you must be aware that there’s a significant difference between making a committed decision and simply just making a wish. This is an extremely important concept that I point out during my motivational speeches. Wishes are weak and wimpy when compared to totally committed decisions.
If you just wish for something, like you wish you had more money or you wish you could be in better shape or you wish you could get rid of some bad habit, chances are you will probably not do much about it. Life won’t really change all that much for you. How many times do we hear people say that they wished their lives were better? But do they actually do anything about it? Often they do not, by my observation. Their actions or lack of actions are not congruent with what they want for life success.
But if you make totally committed decisions especially on paper, it will be like making a written contract with yourself. Instead of just sitting there watching TV, you will make the time and put in the effort to make goals happen. It’s really the start to having a completely different mindset as you take ownership of your goals. Those who simply wish for things do not take on such ownership.
Making committed decisions changes your mindset to take on the proper attitude that is required for being a peak performer who overcomes challenges in life. This attitude is free of negative thoughts and adopts the position that you will do whatever it takes to achieve something. The entire process of becoming successful starts with making a full commitment. This happens when you make committed decisions.
My friend Sue is a great example of somebody who experienced this. For years, she wished that she could become a dog trainer but didn’t really do any specific actions that moved her closer towards this goal. Then one night, she realized that simply wishing for something was not going to turn her dream into reality. So instead, she made a committed decision to go after her dream.
This changed her mindset and motivated her to take the right actions. She enrolled in dog training courses and actively researched the dog training industry. After a year, she finally opened up her own dog training business. Today, she owns Canine Academy, a very successful dog training facility based near Toronto, Canada.
Sue is a real life example of success that materialized only after she stopped wishing for her dream to come true and instead, made a committed decision to go after it. This action changed her life. In fact, I think she should be a motivational speaker but then again, she is too busy training dogs. Her story is the type that I just love to talk and write about as a motivational speaker. One of the main messages for success from my book, The Life Champion In You, is to stop making wishes. I don’t bother with wishes anymore. Instead, make committed decisions so that your dreams will come true as well.

We’ve all seen and heard stories of the brilliant young coach who fights his way to the top of the heap, brings in the championship, and then suddenly falls into decline, leaving a bewildered team and dismayed fan base in the wake.
One of the main reason dreams die after skyrocketing to success is that success begins to be viewed as a permanent condition. However, the fact is that you must maintain the same qualities of drive, initiative, and purpose that allowed you to arrive in the winner’s circle the first time around. Once you reach a goal, you must work twice as hard as you originally did to get there!
Your job as a coach is not only to motivate others but also to keep the passion alive in yourself. When you are lulled into complacency by all your previous accomplishments, you begin to lose your edge, to discard all the elements of success that handed you that victory - you begin to coast. And as a wise man once said, “If you’re coasting, you’re surely not coasting uphill.”
However, as any successful person will tell you, being the one that others look to for inspiration and motivation can present a serious problem. When you are the sole powerhouse of your team’s enthusiasm, what happens when you run out of gas, when you feel the fire dying out?
Who motivates the motivator?
You may be thinking, “Okay, I am losing my fire, so who will motivate the motivator?” The answer is YOU! You must self-motivate and be able to stand alone in this process. But remember, the fact that you arrived at the position you now hold means you already possess that ability in a major way! You know how to stand alone and get the job done.
The bottom line is you will have to establish a program of personal motivation that will continue to fuel your passion, desire, and thirst for new and ongoing victories. One of the most helpful things I do in my own life is to avail myself of motivational books and CD’s about successful people from all walks of life. I find that as I read and listen I am filled with the same drive and determination that made them successful.
The next and most important step, however, is to put into play five major steps to get you where you want to go and keep you there:
Step #1: Crystallize your thinking. You must set specific goals for yourself with a time frame for achieving them. General goals will not be effective. Having strong, exciting goals guarantees you will keep your fervor and enthusiasm.
Step #2: Write your goals down. When you write your goals down in concrete steps that can be checked off as you accomplish them, you will remain committed and focused. Never check off the completion of one step until you are already involved in completing the next step. You want to keep the momentum going!
Step #3: Develop a burning desire to reach you goals. The desire to accomplish your goals is maintained by identifying all the benefits you will experience and receive once your goals are attained. Include all the areas in which you will benefit professionally and personally. Be specific. Write this list of benefits down and keep it with you, referring to it often.
Step #4: Maintain an unshakable faith in yourself and your ability to accomplish your goals. This is not the time to be modest! List every strength and positive attribute you have. Make the list as long and as truthful as possible. Compare your qualities with other great men that have already accomplished the goals you desire.
Step #5: Create an iron-willed determination that will blast any obstacle from your path. Once you have truly internalized your goals and their benefits, you will perceive any obstacle as merely something that must be eliminated from your path. Let nothing stand in your way!
Once you realize that motivation for continued success must come from within yourself, you can proceed with the proper steps to make that happen. All the attributes that brought you to your present position are the same attributes that can fuel your continued rise to success. Keep the fires burning; keep the enthusiasm high; hear the roar of the crowd; it’s time to take the field. It’s time for victory!

Fear is something that will provide powerful challenges for you should you chooses a path to mastering your mind power. Actually, fear is going to challenge you whether you choose to better yourself or not. Therefore, it will be very helpful to you if you know something about how fear develops to successfully meet the challenge.
The American Heritage dictionary defines fear as a feeling of agitation and/or anxiety caused by the (real or imagined) presence or imminence of danger. I took a look at a list of fears and phobias that I collected from some place and it contained over 500 fears and phobias! This is not to suggest that you or I have all 500 of these fears and phobias within ourselves, but I assure you the number is significant.
Psychologists tell us that human babies are born with 2 basic fears: the fear of falling and a fear of loud noises, so how did the list grow to 500? I am not a psychologist so I am not about to suggest that I know why each of us fear the things that we do, but I do understand a little about the process. Throughout the articles I have written related to the self image and habit-forming, the process has been mentioned either directly or indirectly.
Fear is a habit, and it is developed within you just as other habits are. This means that sometime during the early stages of your development, someone in some way and for some reason invoked fear in you. It could have come in the form of a joke, teasing, out of meanness, or it could have been a well-meaning attempt to prevent you from some real or perceived danger. If the fear was even remotely related to the overwhelmingly powerful self-preservation instinct, your self image immediately allowed that fear to enter and to be filed away in a certain section of your subconscious mind.
For the purpose of this article, let us just say that your subconscious mind identifies the section as the FEAR section. The particular incident that generated the fear may be buried so deeply in the FEAR section of the subconscious as to be unavailable for conscious recall. The feelings of fear, however, are always available and accessible for conscious recall.
As more and more people, conditions, and circumstances were presented to you in such a way as to generate fear, the events were also allowed by the self image to take residence in the FEAR section of the subconscious. Thus, over time, a larger and larger pool of fears with feelings attached, resided in your subconscious even though the events that originally produced them had long since drifted below the level of your mind that is accessible to the conscious mind.
As you may recall, the memory of the subconscious is perfect, and it does not distinguish between what is real and what is imagined. Therefore, if you suspect that a threat is present (whether real or not), your imagination races back into your past trying to identify a matching event or incident. In all likelihood, your imagination will not be able to find a match. If it can not find one, it will assign one related to something in your present mental environment. Thus a new fear is born.
The fear feelings will attach themselves to the new match and begin to intensify. All of the bodily fear systems are activated. Conscious thinking becomes cloudy and confused. Fear is then in control.
This I know for sure. You can claim or re-claim control of your own mind power. You are the most miraculous of all living beings on earth. You are the owner of a mind that is so stupendous, that as you truly begin mastering your mind power and consciously using it, there is no dream that you can dream that you cannot achieve.

There are surely ways to ‘live smarter and not harder” and the key is to be more relaxed, calm and focused emotionally and mentally and using self hypnosis for a better life is such a way. When we clear our negativity, our tension and stress we are able to be our better self and be more focused and less distracted on real life. Too often people get so caught up in all the things that just don’t matter and create worry and stress but self hypnosis for a better life is obviously a healthier choice.
People also book self hypnosis training at a seminar or workshop so they can get live instruction from a hypnotist as they guide you during the class and explain different approaches for self hypnosis. In a book self hypnosis is explained and you can grasp the concept but the best way to do anything is with live instruction.
It may surprise you to know how many books self hypnosis has been written about. There are stacks and stacks from the spiritualist types to the more researched and clinical reports. Medical professionals, philosophers, hypnotists, life coaches and even athletic coaches, just to name a few, have put pen to paper to explain self hypnosis. And not only the books self hypnosis is taught through but many other forms of writing and documentation have been made available over time.
They may be about the benefits of using self hypnosis or about misconceptions people have. Some self hypnosis books, like any other topic around, may be against the process and this is mainly based on the ignorance of the writer as to what self hypnosis actually is. We are all in self hypnosis states daily we just never called it such because we never learned the truth. Once you drift out of a conscious, thinking, analytical state of mind, you enter levels of trance. We call it being in the zone or spaced out or daydreaming.
Self hypnosis online is also done with more high tech approaches like webcam or online meeting rooms. It’s so cool to be able to see your client sitting there at home as you are speaking to them but as a more self hypnosis online related experience, there would be no facilitator, just the audio or video that a person can sit and watch or listen to and enjoy the experience of self hypnosis. Eventually the best and most effective way to do self hypnosis is alone in a quiet place.
If you have looked into hypnosis at all you learn quickly that it can be learned for many personal changes and one that’s common is confidence self hypnosis. An increase of confidence crosses all lines and allows us to improve on many levels. It’s amazing how confidence is at the root of our personal power and health. With increased confidence your world actually changes and therefore so follows our life. Confidence self hypnosis is a process that can be used to reach higher levels of achievement and emotional comfort.
The big problem that creates the issue here is the word hypnosis. When people use “mind techniques”, positive thought, guided imagery and whatever else you want to call it, it is hypnosis. When the “h” word is applied people get freaked out because they just don’t know the facts and truth. Hypnosis self healing techniques have gone on since man could think and imagine.
Stress is such a part of life and self hypnosis stress relief and reduction techniques are a great way to manage stress. Actually, stress is allowed. We all have the option to change the way we view something, feel, think and live. We get overwhelmed by a thought or experience and this leads to stress, emotionally and physically. When we use self hypnosis stress management we can be healthier and happier.
Self hypnosis products can be found in many places on the internet. For exampleConfidence with Self Hypnosis plus several other options can be found at our web site.

We all dream, even those of us who think they don’t! Some of us even dream while we are awake. But let’s turn that around. How would you like to be awake while you dream? I’m not talking about daydreaming; I’m talking about lucid dreaming.
What does lucid dreaming mean? Well until recently it didn’t mean anything in the academic world and the rest of the world tended to dismiss it as nightmares at best or a mental problem at worst.
Then, in 1968, Celia Green, a writer on psychology, discovered there actually was a state between dreaming and being fully awake; a state where you could be awake inside your own dream!
Imagine being awake inside a dream! In what must best be described as a balance between emotion and reason. The dreamer accepts the reality of the dream while knowing it must by its very nature be inherently unreal.
This level of awareness gives the dreamer some control over what he or she does. On the one hand this might be viewed as fun; almost like having a computer game in your head, on the other hand controlled experiments with lucid dreaming have been shown to lessen the occurrence of nightmares and help with psychological problems like self-harm.
Scientists are even working on recreating near-death experiences lucidly to give them a better and, hopefully, safer understanding of the phenomenon.
Controlling their dreams seems to give the lucid dreamer a greater sense of control over their own waking lives. Practiced lucid dreamers can use the hours spent asleep as extra thinking time or create a virtual playground in their own minds.
It all sounds like fun, doesn’t it? Weird, and a little scary, but fun nonetheless. Surely, though, you have to be adept at this kind of thing. Don’t you need special, mystical powers to be a lucid dreamer?
It seems not. All you need is curiosity, a sense of adventure and a few hints on how to do it. After all, they are your dreams. Why shouldn’t you be allowed to explore them?
A simple technique everyone can practice is Dream Recall. This is sometimes referred to as the first step towards lucid dreaming. By recording (either vocally in a recorder or simply with a pen and paper) your dreams you become more familiar with them. You will come to recognize repeated patterns, certain recurring symbols. This kind of recall will bring you consciously closer to your dreams.
It’s usually best to record dreams immediately upon waking as they have a habit of flitting away shortly afterwards. If possible stay in the same position you were sleeping in, keep your eyes shut if you can and talk yourself through the dream in real time, as if it is still happening to you.
Increasing familiarity with your dreams will enable you to recognize these patterns or symbols when they occur again. This moment of recognition might be all it takes to tell you, “This is a dream!” That’s the moment you become a lucid dreamer. From then on in the dream is yours, if you can keep from waking up.
Because your REM cycles, or dream activities, get longer and deeper as the night goes on, setting an alarm to wake you a few hours before you actually need to get up can help induce lucid dreaming. The chances are that you were already dreaming. Lying in the dark rested and with nowhere else to go you are in the perfect position to recapture that dream and now, with your awareness of lucid dreaming, you may find yourself able to direct what happens next.
Alternating your wake-up times, or the Cycle Adjustment Technique, can have a similar effect. By setting your alarm early one day and for the normal time the next - and keeping repeating - you can confuse you body into being ready to wake when it doesn’t have to. In other words you are half awake already, but probably still dreaming. Where you go from there is only a matter of determination and practice.
The ultimate in lucid dreaming, though, has to be the WILD (wake initiated lucid dream) stage. The WILD adept learns to recognize the hypnologic state which occurs as one moves from wakefulness to sleep. By maintaining conscious awareness in the passage through this state it is possible to go directly from wakefulness to lucid dreaming.
But isn’t it dangerous? Don’t you risk getting confused between dream and reality? Well, no, because dreams are still fantastical experiences. If you aren’t sure whether you are awake of asleep, try sticking your finger through your leg, or put your head in a bucket of water. If the finger goes all the way in and you can still breathe in the bucket - it’s a dream! Enjoy!

Do you have the prestige and knowledge to make the wisest decision when buying your first house. It’s your money in the house and, I might add, a lot of it (your money, that is). When comparing properties for sale, which is better, a newer furnace or updated electrical? Roof or updated windows? New siding or insulation? No shade trees or lots of very large towering trees?
When buying your first house, it is your responsibility to ensure you are getting the most house for your money. The consequence of not being very careful and knowledgeable, is surprises after you move in. This could cost you a lot more money.
What about the trees on the property? Will they provide the shade to keep your house cool and warmer. . . or will they just fill up the gutters with tree debris? Do you have the equipment to deal with messy trees? Walnut and Sugar Maples are the least desirable and I have heard complaints about willow trees as well. Are the trees in healthy shape? It costs a very large amount of money to have one huge tree removed. Insurance does not cover tree removal unless it has fallen and damaged your property or your neighbors property. As a matter of fact, your insurance will only cover damage to your property and not your neighbors. Your neighbor’s damage must be covered by your neighbor’s insurance.
Speaking of neighbors, who are your prospective neighbors. How about checking with some of them to see how long they have lived in the neighborhood and how they regard the property you are considering. The more you know, the better your leverage when you negotiate the deal.
The real estate agent is a salesperson and the seller has one goal in mind . .sell! This seems a little unfair because they will push to sell with profit in mind. But who represents you . .you do! The only way you will make the most prudent and wise decision will be from the knowledge you have. There are some items which, by law, have to be disclosed, but there are many items that do not require disclosure. Many of the undisclosed items are exactly what you should look for in the review of each property.
The guide, What To Look For When Buying Your First House, Nap Enterprises, is a worthwhile buy with most of the items you should consider and ask about emphasized. This guide will help you make the best decision possible and, maybe, put a little more money in your pocket!

That is a pretty bold statement isn’t it? All of your desires fulfilled, any wish granted and every dream come true, I bet you want to hear more don’t you? The cosmic ordering service is actually a very simple idea, yet for most is very hard to accomplish.
Basically, the cosmic ordering service is sending your requests out into the universe, knowing that they will come to pass. Then the universe answers by granting your request. Many prosperous, famous, and/or successful people are actively using the cosmic ordering service in their daily lives. Most successful people didn’t start out in the powerful and rewarding positions they now hold. These people decided what they wanted in live and believed it would happen.
This all sounds very simple but for most of us it isn’t quite that easy. In order for this to work the way it is meant to, you can’t allow self-doubt to creep in. If you don’t truly believe that the thing you desire will come to pass then it more than likely won’t. The universe gives you what you are ordering. If you are saying I am struggling now but want to be free from what binds me, you will continue to struggle. If you say I don’t make enough money, I want more money, you will stay poor. If you feel your marriage is doomed but ask for it to change, for your marriage to be a happy one, you will probably end up divorced.
You may be wondering why this is. If you are asking for change, why won’t the universe grant it to you? According to the cosmic ordering service, all you have to do is ask, right? That is true but it all depends on how you ask, and what you honestly believe will happen.
In order to work the cosmic ordering system the way it is meant to be worked, you must keep your requests positive. Instead of saying I am struggling now but want to be free from what binds me, simply change it to I will be free from what binds me, my struggles are over. Be clear about what you want, and leave the negativity out. Don’t say “I don’t make enough money, I want more money.” Try saying “I am going to be wealthy, and debt free,” or even “I am going to be rich and want for nothing.” If you aren’t bold and sure of your request, your request will remain unanswered. If you want a healthy, happy marriage, ask for one.
At first it may take some time for you to see the changes, but do not give up. Stay faithful in knowing that the cosmic ordering system will work for you. The more you use it the faster you will see results. You will become more trusting in the system once you begin to see results, which will lead to the universe responding to your wants and needs at a faster rate.
Another good way to use the cosmic ordering system is to create a board with your desires clearly shown on it. If you want a new career, put it on the board. You can write it out, draw it, or paste a picture. If you want a new car, find a picture of it and put it on the board. Whatever you desire should be on your board. Make sure to put it somewhere you can see it every day. This will remind you of your goals and hopes and give you the drive and desire to attain those goals and desires.
You can also try creating a mantra. If you want more money, simply repeat your desire throughout the day. “I am wealthy and secure, I am wealthy and secure, I am wealthy and secure.” You will be surprised at how quickly you will find yourself both wealthy and secure.
Above all you must believe in yourself and know that you deserve your desires for the universe to respond. If you feel unworthy of your desires, the universe will not provide. If you think that mistakes in your past are causing your hardships now your station in life will not change. You must get over your past in order to change your future.
Changing the way we have always thought and told to believe is certainly not easy, but if you put your mind to it, it can be done. You will certainly need whatever tools you can find for this task.
There are three powerful tools you can use, binaural sound frequencies, self-hypnosis and subliminal suggestion. The first of these changes the pattern of brainwaves to allow you to quickly get into a meditative state. The other two bypass interference from the logical processes of our brain and communicate with the area where our beliefs are embedded; the subconscious mind.
Believe in yourself. Know that you are good and deserving. You are just as important as anyone else in this world and you are entitled to all that the universe has to offer. All you have to do is ask.
Paul White is a teacher who writes for the popular http://wwwcosmicorderinginfo.com/cosmic-ordering/ website. If you have been disappointed in the past, or want to find out more about the secrets of successfully using the Cosmic Ordering Service, the video on this site explains everything.

What does it take to keep you going in the direction of your dreams? If you have a truly powerful desire to become a new person, or to accomplish something really great in your life, is that enough to get you there? Let me put it another way. We all have things in life we want, some more so than others. But true desire is not measured by mere “wishes”, is it? If you truly have desire for something, it will be on your mind nearly all the time. You cannot go one single day without thinking about it, in fact some would say you have an obsession! That is what a real desire is all about. Do you experience that on a regular basis?
I recently read a very inspirational quote relating to desire:
“Desire is the key to motivation, but it’s the determination and commitment to an unrelenting pursuit of your goal - a commitment to excellence - that will enable you to attain the success you seek”. The reason I like it so much is that I also find desire is only the first step in achieving anything, we must also have the unrelenting persistence to keep going no matter what the circumstances. Many people start out with a strong desire to have something, or accomplish something great, but over time lose this desire due to setbacks or lack of motivation. Why is this so? No matter how strong your desire to have something, unless you develop the strongest possible attitude of determination and persistence, you are in danger of losing what you most desire.
I think that many people also feel that they don’t deserve the things they desire most — that they are somehow not worthy of great things in life. If you have that thought for even a second, do yourself a favor and punch yourself in the face. Then repeat over and over again “I am worthy of anything I desire in life” until you never have that thought again. (I’m joking, sort of J). But seriously, you must believe that anything is possible as long as you have the desire and persistence to follow through. Anything in life that is worth having is worth fighting for, and if you desire anything strong enough your happiness depends on seeing it through. There should be no question that you can have it, if your desire is strong enough. Don’t give yourself a chance to give up, or quit, for quitting is not an option. Turn your desire into the one thing in life you cannot live without, and your desire will not let you down. Remember, it’s now or never. Every day you are one step closer to your dreams — so keep your desire strong!
To your continued success and happiness!

The Inner Self And Free Will.
Are we as humans, free to select our goals, determine our future and correct our faults? Considering that we are part of a larger mental and emotional whole within a society, consisting of cultures, and environment of laws, do we as individuals have the ability to control and change ourselves as well as alter our surroundings? Is our surroundings akin to a lake and we are simply a drop of water amongst trillions of other drops?
The Question Of Life.
This is an important question because if our lives are totally determined by our environment, than we are simply creatures of conditions. If we are intelligent beings who are able to decipher the laws of history, society, and politics then we should also understand our position and avoid situations that could potentially harm us or others. The fact is, most people don’t understand political ambitions and actions and are unable to evaluate their potential. If we could discern the roots of evil, would we then, prevent it?
The Laws Of The Land.
The problem is, we are subjected to the laws of the land and our experience is in how well we are able to control them. Control comes from planning and planning stems from a well structured mind.
Creating A Future.
If we are indeed able to alter and create our future, would we then, create a world of peace and tranquility? But that is not the case, we clearly are only able to partially manipulate that which directly effects ourselves. We are able to control that which projects from within but not that which is external. We are beings that perceive life from the inside out, while the world sees us from the outside in.
The Inner Self.
What is our self? Our inner being or me that perceives the world and deciphers our experience. Our self is continuous in time as a force that recognizes its own position. The self is manifest through natural observation which is our psychological makeup. Our perception of events are limited and determined through our life experiences. Each experience piled upon the other, makes up a total lifespan.
Our Inner Self Has Several Features.
First. is the personality or ego, which is ourselves receiving and judging the world. It also organizes and controls our mental activities.
Second. is the realization of self-potential which controls self-esteem, goal setting and self analysis. We also are accountable for our actions upon others.
Third. is the superego, which sets the rules that guide the self as well as other attributes such as abilities and temperaments involving self limitations and motivation for achieving goals.
Fourth. is freedom of choice. Our self has the power to exert conscious control over our actions, excises, options, reasoning, feelings of worth and prods the itself into action.
Fifth. Willpower. Our willpower gives us the power to reject, concepts, reality, decipher right from wrong, and self-realization.
Freedom Of Choice.
Freedom of choice is, in itself a natural power, and attribute of self but are we, as humans, really free to choose? Essentially, freedom is the ability of the individual to choose or create his/her own actions.
