Now that you have flushed your DO NOT WANT list down the drain and have only your DO WANT list remaining, take a moment to reflect on what you have just done. You have taken a huge step toward re-taking control of your mind power that approximately 95% of the population will never take!
It is now time for you to begin to focus your attention on your DO WANT list as much as you possible can day and night. Make several copies of it. Place a copy in your pocket or purse, a copy in your car, a copy in your bathroom medicine cabinet, a copy on your bedside nightstand, and a copy in some inconspicuous place at work.
The items on that DO NOT WANT list have not literally gone away just yet. As soon as you begin to focus on your DO WANT list Most of the DO NOT WANT items will probably rush into your mind in a volume you have never noticed before. It is as if they know you are about to replace them, and they are determined not to give up their happy home.
Here is a word of warning, however. Do not fight nor resist them when they appear before your mind. Be determined but not confrontational with them. Simply observe them briefly, mentally (or audibly), tell them they are no longer welcome, and gently move your focus to DO WANT thoughts related to your list.
DO NOT WANT items were the impetus to the thoughts and beliefs that rotated in your mind in some manner over and over to keep creating the same or similar kinds of experiences in your life day after day. They formed the core of your consistent thinking, and they determined which habitual reactions you would have to the various stimuli you encountered throughout your day. This core formed the filter that primarily constituted the make-up of your self image.
Thoughts related to the DO NOT WANT items were in such total control that you had to engage in very little conscious thought regardless what situations you faced. The reason DO NOT WANT related thoughts dominated your mind so completely is you probably never realized that they had such control.
Even in a brief moment of enlightenment when you did realize your situation could be better, you likely soon brushed aside any thoughts of changing because you noticed that the majority of people you knew lived in similar situations as yours (or worse) so you thought your condition was normal. Living your dream was for someone else who was either born rich or got lucky and hit the lottery.
To paraphrase a theorem in physics, a body in motion (in a certain direction) remains in motion (in that certain direction) unless opposed by some (greater) force. Often, that greater, opposing force is simply a feeling of being sick and tired of being sick and tired, and a voice within screams out to you that there has to be more to life than this!
Get started in the right direction by focusing on what you want. Put momentum on your side to ensure that you are not derailed by some greater opposing force.
This I know for sure. You can claim or re-claim control of your own mind power. You are the most miraculous of all living beings on earth. You are the owner of a mind that is so stupendous, that as you truly begin mastering your mind power and consciously using it, there is no dream that you can dream that you cannot achieve.

Life is not much of a bed of roses we realize as we walk more into it. Its only in school and college we feel safely ensconced in our world and love taking on challenges.
Out after college as freshers the world is not as kind to us as we expected. While some of us do well and progress, some find themselves in despicable conditions and fall back further. And then there comes a time when we are old and we look back if we really enjoyed our life or it was only a fit of struggle.
Well do not wait to get old and rueful. A proverb goes like this, ‘life’s journeys don’t always go to the stronger or faster man. But sooner or later the man who wins is the man who say’s I can.’ So you may be small and puny and not the head honcho of your organization. But that certainly does not mean you are nothing.
Self motivation is very much needed in the world of today where life is so fast paced; you do not know what hit you. Everyone is within the axis of his or her own life. There is so much to do and so little time, that one cannot keep in touch with their near and dear ones.
So how do you get self motivated? One great option is to look into the mirror everyday and say, ‘I am proud of who I am. I can do it’. Say this everyday to yourself to feel good about yourself and can are motivated to go on.
Another way is to get into pamper mode. If no one is buying things you want, then buy them for yourself. For instance if you love chocolates once in a while gorge on them. Buy yourself flowers and get to the parlour to feel good. Guys you can watch some great movies, play your favourite games or eat out with friends. These things bolster your confidence and egg you on.
There is a library of books available on self motivation. Get your hands on some. Unlike others say that it is all gibberish, well it does and has worked for over a million of people. So pick the one that suits your taste and try to follow a few of the pointers mentioned. Life is happier and healthier when you believe in yourself and are in the right company. So make more friends and have a great time.

To begin with it’s a very good question to ask yourself. There is constant effort on your end to think positive and work positively. Yet at the end of the day you find yourself not motivated enough.
There could be two people asking this question
a) The person or the motivator who has been motivating people like a parent or a teacher or a manager. Yet he or she finds that the subjects are not motivated enough.
b) The person who is being motivated for instance a daughter, son, student or employee. He or she finds that there are people around them who are generously motivated from the same source yet they are not motivated.
Here is a solution for category a. the motivator has to understand the true nature of a human being. He must realize that there is no set pattern to get someone off his comfortable couch and into the to-do mode. Motives are the ultimate drivers that make a person act. And motives come from attitudes. Also the behaviour of a person is reflected by his or her attitude. Hence you have to help a person change the attitude to get to the next level.
From time to time you can give your employees motivational talks on different subjects. Or call people from outside so one gets another point of view too.
Another simple way of being motivated is by setting an example. You have to put into practice what you are teaching. If it is to be patient, then show it. If it is to be enthusiastic and do your own researches then make sure you have done your homework well.
Sometimes a lot of people are motivated by fear. They fear to lose their job or get a hollering or be embarrassed. If you take the route of fear for motivation then you are not going the right path. Infact instilling fear in a person is also an act of crime and is criminally punishable.
You have to instil the ‘desire’. A desire to work. Desire to act, think and move so that the person has a desire to obtain a motive or a goal. This will change the attitude and the behaviour of a person.
For category b) you have to get your confidence back. You have to learn to be self-confident and believe in yourself. You may not be able to touch the stars but what you can do is at least get somewhere rather than just thinking about it. You have to find where your interests lie. So you may not be the first ranker or the best employee in the organisation. But your efforts will always be recognised. So trust in yourself and be constantly motivated.
To keep a check on your motivation levels you can try some mock test you can also learn the benefits of self motivation and find out ways on how to motivate yourself on these links.

All children are the same while are growing. Their curiosity can kill the cat. They ask question after question and have the stamina to ask and more. You will rarely find parents complaining that their kids do not ask them questions.
When they go to school, their questioning does not stop but it only increases. It is here that some teachers demean or curb children who ask questions because sometimes it is not possible for them to control the entire class. When they come home they ask parents the questions they could not get an answer at school. Sometimes when parents have had a bad day at work they stub them away.
All these factors contribute to the child’s decreasing curiosity, motivation and learn to adjust and stop asking. Student motivation mainly begins at home. You have to develop a healthy atmosphere at home. Develop their attitude to ask questions, think logically and debate on issues so everyone has their point of view.
This way your kids grow in an environment that is conducive to their curiosity. If you cannot take their constant questioning then hold contests at home and give points to the one who will answer them. Questions that can be researched on one’s own should be given lesser points. This way the children will try to find their own answer and all you have to give is a listening ear.
You can also give summer projects to your kids or take them on an excursion during their summer holidays. This way they get first hand experience of different careers and are not only well read but know about the job. In this style you infuse your kids with more knowledge and they can think for themselves when time comes to choose a career.
Never underestimate the potential of a kid. And never feel low to ask a kid if you do not know about something. After all knowledge is to give and take else it will only rot. So ask your kids what you don’t know. Buy them books. You don’t have to go bankrupt to give them the world.
You can let your kids earn a book a month by doing their household chores or let them join a library. Think smart and all things fall in place and you will have kids you are proud of.
If you wish to learn on how to motivate your child or teach him some general knowledge or Spanish songs you can check these links.

When Bob Marley “got the news from the whispering trees” he had only this to say-”i’m gonna talk that freedom talk, let me see you walk that freedom walk.” Songs about freedom were never less popular. The effect of songs of freedom and music in general is so transformative that one can only imagine how explosive it must get when it gets tied up with a big Cause. Freedom and liberation and the role of struggle and striving and triumphs and trials form the fabric of such mighty causes.
Both Freedom and Music or loosely, songs, exercise a pre-eminent role on lives of each one of us. Who can forget legendary Bob Marley songs of freedom? When one scratches somewhat more, it emerges that the thread of music passes through not just everyday lives but religious areas, political systems, business, technology and so on… Even if one looks back at the American Civil Rights movement, the role of songs and lyrics in shaping the struggle for rights and liberty is far greater. An idea becomes poignant and memorable when it carries a musical punch. The famous song of US Civil Rights, “We Shall Overcome” gradually touched the Irish borders but soon engulfed one and all in its unifying sweep. A feeling of togetherness is experienced when one chooses the medium of song and dance giving the reactionary sentiments an element of solidarity. Even after Victor Jara was executed under the Pinochet regime in Chile, his musicand songs of freedom similarly served a larger cause. It helped Latin Americans understand the value of social justice and human rights in daily existence. Likewise in other parts of the world, music and songs that represent freedom have always played the catalyst in uniting a body of people for any worthwhile cause.
Now a soft digression. I just noticed that Amit Chaudhuri, a remarkable Indian writer, wrote a realist fiction titled ‘Freedom Song’ in 2000. It is praised as an elegant portrayal of modern Calcutta’s lyrical chaos and cosmos.

How do you feel when you wear a pair of pants that are too tight? Do they make you feel uncomfortable and self conscious? When you feel out of sorts, there are many things that could be contributing to those feelings. One is being depressed. It is like living through cloudy days with out the sun to warm you. Many people have depression and don’t even know it. I spent many years feeling good and without any notice, I became tired, achy, and unhappy for no reason, did not enjoy my life and did not really like those who were closest to me. I just didn’t feel like I fit in around my friends, when this dark mood hit me. The best thing to do when your pants are too tight is to simply change them or take them off.
Unfortunately, when our body and mind don’t fit together into a happy person, we can’t just get rid of the problem. We can, however, do some things to help correct it. When those cloudy days hit us, we can turn on all the lights in out living area and trick our brains into thinking the sun has come out and is warming us.
Other things that we can do are try to stay on a regular schedule of eating and sleeping. I have found that when I go past mealtime or when my stomach starts to growl, I have become irritable and start feeling sick. Eating when I’m hungry allows me to take one of the contributors out of the equation. Another problem is lack of sleep. When I stay up too late watching television, talking to friends or working on the computer, I find that I start to get headachy, can’t concentrate and become discouraged.
In Alcoholics Anonymous, they have a saying that when you feel like giving up and drinking, you are usually being plagued by one of four factors. AA suggests that you HALT when you are feeling like that. Stop and try to determine which factor you are feeling. Although I don’t drink or have any problem like that, I have discovered when I start to feel really bad, I need to HALT. That stands for HUNGRY, ANGRY, LONELY, and TIRED and if I am any one of those things, then I start to feel down on myself. I never knew that I was experiencing 2 of the 4 symptoms or causes of my physical & mental problems, hunger and tiredness. Whenever I get angry or feel alone, I also get where I can’t sleep right, think clearly, or enjoy my life.
So how can we stay at out optimal, highest point or return there when we are feeling depressed? We can see if we need to HALT and we turn a lot of lights to simulate a sunny day. We can also look at positive affirmations that we have made when we really feel good. Positive reinforcement is a great tool to use when we feel down. The help us remember victory, and success, which is what we need to be able to pat ourselves on the back and pull out of the depression.
A great affirmation to write and have displayed all over our home is “I came from greatness. I must be like what I came from. I will never abandon my belief in my greatness and the greatness of others”. By repeating positive phrases, we are willing ourselves to be strong and happy. Smiling at yourself while you repeat these affirmations will help you overcome the dark clouds of your life. “Smile and the world smiles with you” is a good thought to display. Simple things like “you can do it” or “hang in there; hang tough” can help remind you that “this too shall pass”. So, if your pants feel tight, then change them. Get into a pair that are more comfortable and you will be able to be happier.

Have you ever given up on something because it’s just not going to happen? Have rejections, rejections and rejections disappointed you that you want to give up? But after working so much for something are worried that it may be right to try more? This is a problem most of us face one time in life.
How do you know when you should just give up? When does the point come where you need to let it go? Or should you keep trying till eternity? It is smart thing to give up, if you really have to. It takes courage to give up. It takes intelligence to see. But talking of relationships, it is not easy, when you have formed strong ties. Are we living a lie? This is a question we need to answer in yes when we give up.
There are many arguments for not giving up on something. Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance received 60 rejections before getting published and selling millions of copies and being translated into many languages. Some other bestsellers have likewise collected many, many rejections before being a success. J.K. Rowling was rejected when she first sent out Harry Potter, and she is now the wealthiest woman in the U.K. Colonel Sanders was rejected 1,000 times before someone took a chance on his chicken recipe. Richard Bach was rejected numerous times when he tried to get Jonathan Livingston Seagull published. And, Abraham Lincoln’s bio–he lost or failed at just about everything and still became on of our most beloved and admired Presidents.
So the idea cuts both ways. What to do in case you want to break up, leave a job, stop trying on a business and so on? Think logically.
Before you attempt something, set a time frame. If you do not succeed by that time you would give up.
In relationships, set a pain benchmark. If the relationship exceeds that pain give up.
It is not true that trying again and again will bring success. But trying differently may do that. Try the problem differently. If it works Ok, or give up after set number of attempts. No use living a lie.

Imagine now you have just finished your college and you are deciding on what career field you want to go into. What do you do? How do you choose?
If you are in the chemical engineering or pharmacy field, you have a very clear direction on where you want to do.
The suffering ones are often the IT and commerce students. The words IT and commerce are simply so broad to them. Should I go networking? Should I go for computer hardware or software? How about marketing or human resource? I think public relation is not so bad too.
This does not just happen to fresh graduates but also to a lot of employees who are being retrenched or fired.
Time to make choices. Crossroads. Hard decisions. Uncertainty lies ahead. You do not have a clue what to do.
So what do you do when it comes to the time for you to make choices in life? What are the factors that help you decide? There are 4 factors.
Get As Many Information As You Can
If you are reading this, you are in the information age. Up to this point of the century, we have reached a point where people simply cannot live without information.
There are not information everywhere, especially with the technology of the Internet, it even makes your search much easier. It gives you the direct access of the information you want.
Not only that, you can ask around your friends and family who are going through or have gone through the same situation like yours.
For example, if you want a marketing job in a construction company, you might want to do research on the Internet or ask people around who have been in the construction field for a long time.
It may not get you the exact information you want but you will be able to get a lot of information from them.
Identify and Create Options
Are there any options you can identify? If your marketing job in a construction company does not work out, do you have any other options?
Getting a marketing position in a construction company may seem to be your ideal job and what about having a marketing position in a water pump company? How about in a kitchen cabinet company? Jewelry export? The list goes on.
If you have created these options, it will be easier when it comes to making choices in life.
Weigh ‘Pros’ and ‘Cons’
If I make the choice of taking a marketing job in a jewelry export company, what are the pros and cons?
The pros may be having the opportunity to travel overseas like U.A.E and South East Asia countries, being promoted faster and meeting a lot more people from different backgrounds.
Your only con would be sacrificing a lot of time with your family because you need to spend a lot of time traveling overseas.
Trust Yourself and Make A Decision
Great leaders do not fear of making choices or decisions. They trust themselves and make a very firm decision. Even it does not turn out to be a right decision at the end, they will take it as a feedback instead of a failure.
Life is about making choices. You can seek all the advice you want, create all the options available, and identify all the pros and cons but the final decision has to come back from you.
So what if you don’t make a good decision this time. The next time you make decision, you can be sure that you will be wiser when it comes to making choices and decisions.

“As a Man Thinketh is written for all those seeking wisdom and tranquility in a turbulent, complex world,” suggests its author James Allen.
This clear, concise book has been one of the world’s best-selling and most widely loved inspirational works. Allen‘s words have helped millions for more than a century—and they continue to point the way to a better life for all people.
As a Man Thinketh is birthed by the Bible verse from Proverbs chapter 23 verse 7, “As a man thinketh in his heart, so he is.” As Allen expresses it, “Act is the blossom of thought, and joy and suffering are its fruit; thus does a man garner in the sweet and bitter fruitage of his own husbandry.”
Allen explains that what a person thinks about is what he or she becomes. He likens the mind to a garden. What is planted will infallibly be grown into the condition of life. The soil does not care whether the seeds are weeds or flowers. Nature will render whatever is planted. So it is with the mind. Positive thoughts will grow positive results, negative thoughts will spawn negative results:
Allen’s words are carefully chosen to speak directly to our innate awareness of our authorship of our own destiny: “He who cherishes a beautiful vision, a lofty ideal in his heart, will one day realize it. Columbus cherished a vision of another world and he discovered it. Copernicus fostered the vision of a multiplicity of worlds and a wider universe, and he revealed it. Buddha beheld the vision of a spiritual world of stainless beauty and perfect peace, and he entered into it.
“Cherish your visions; cherish your ideals. Cherish the music that stirs in your heart, the beauty that forms in your mind, the loveliness that drapes your purest thoughts. For out of them will grow all delightful conditions, all heavenly environment; of these, if you but remain true to them, your world will at last be built. Mind is the master-weaver, both of the inner garment of character and the outer garment of circumstance, and that, as they may have hitherto woven in ignorance and pain they may now weave in enlightenment and happiness.”
This book will help you transform your thoughts into concrete actions that will result in the achievement of anything that you deeply desire in your heart:
Thought Creates our Character
Allen declares that our character is the product of our thinking: “A noble and Godlike character is not a thing of favor or chance, but is the natural result of continued effort in right thinking, the effect of long-cherished association with Godlike thoughts.”
Thought Determines Our Circumstances
Allen writes, “Circumstance does not make the man; it reveals him to himself.”
The author concedes “A man cannot directly choose his circumstances,” but Allen submits that “he can choose his thoughts, and so indirectly, yet surely, shape his circumstances. Nature helps every man to the gratification of the thoughts which he most encourages, and opportunities are presented which will most speedily bring to the surface both the good and evil thoughts.”
He offers the example of “a rich man who is the victim of a painful and persistent disease as the result of gluttony. He is willing to give large sums of money to get rid of it, but he will not sacrifice his gluttonous desires. He wants to gratify his taste for rich and unnatural foods and have his health as well. Such a man is totally unfit to have health, because he has not yet learned the first principles of a healthy life.”
Thought Establishes Our Health
“The body is the servant of the mind,” Allen succinctly asserts. “It obeys the operations of the mind, whether they be deliberately chosen or automatically expressed. At the bidding of unlawful thoughts the body sinks rapidly into disease and decay; at the command of glad and beautiful thoughts it becomes clothed with youthfulness and beauty. Change of diet will not help a man who will not change his thoughts. When a man makes his thoughts pure, he no longer desires impure food.”
Purpose Is Necessary
The author advises, “Until thought is linked with purpose there is no intelligent accomplishment. They who have no central purpose in their life fall an easy prey to worries, fears, troubles, and self-pityings, all of which lead to failure, unhappiness, and loss. Thought allied fearlessly to purpose becomes creative force.”
“The dreamers are the saviors of the world.”
Allen emphasizes that “Humanity cannot forget its dreamers. It cannot let their ideals fade and die. It lives in them. It knows them in the realities which it shall one day see and know. The world is beautiful because they have lived; without them, laboring humanity would perish.
He encourages us to “Dream lofty dreams. Your Vision is the promise of what you shall one day be. Your Ideal is the prophecy of what you shall at last unveil. The greatest achievement was at first and for a time a dream. The oak sleeps in the acorn; the bird waits in the egg; and in the highest vision of the soul a waking angel stirs. Dreams are the seedlings of realities.”
Allen gives the example of “a youth hard pressed by poverty and labor; confined long hours in an unhealthy workshop; unschooled, and lacking all the arts of refinement. But he dreams of better things. Very soon so altered has his mind become that the workshop can no longer hold him. It has become so out of harmony with his mentality that it falls out of his life as a garment is cast aside, and with the growth of opportunities which fit the scope of his expanding powers, he passes out of it forever.”
Wisdom Leads to Peace
“As man develops a right understanding, and sees more and more clearly the internal relations of things by the action of cause and effect, he ceases to fuss and fume and worry and grieve, and remains poised, steadfast, serene. The more tranquil a man becomes, the greater is his success, his influence, his power for good. Even the ordinary trader will find his business prosperity increase as he develops a greater self-control and equanimity, for people will always prefer to deal with a man whose demeanor is strongly equable.”
James Allen shares a powerful call to action: “Keep your hand firmly upon the helm of thought. In the bark of your soul reclines the commanding Master; He does but sleep; wake Him. Self-control is strength; Right Thought is mastery; Calmness is power. Say unto your heart, ‘Peace, be still!’”
In the end, he reminds us, “Men do not attract that which they want, but that which they are.”
Drawing from the wisdom of native and ancient spiritual traditions, Keith Varnum shares his 30 years of practical success as an author, personal coach, acupuncturist, filmmaker, radio host, restaurateur, vision quest guide and international seminar leader with “The Dream Workshops”. In my years as a energy healer and life coach I have realized that the well being of the physical body is connected to thoughts of well being.
Remember a few years back when there was a commercial on TV that stated, “You are what you eat”?
Let’s change it around a bit to “You are what you think”.
Young children don’t give a second thought to how their body looks. They are aware of well being and they experience and express it without any thought to how big their tummies are, whether their diaper makes them look fat or any of the other silly things we are told to think about our bodies as we grow older.
Your body is a marvelous thing, just think for a moment about how everything works in harmony so that you think, imagine, walk, run, move your arms, talk, see, smell, see and experience life through the use of this fantastic house for your awareness.
Your body is a perfect body, working in unison with all it’s parts, a lot of them without your even doing anything. You breathe, digest, your heart beats, toxins are eliminated, fuel is stored for later use all without your having to do anything.
The only problem with your body is your thinking.
That’s right, your thinking is at the root of whatever you entertain as “wrong with you”.
These thoughts were offered to you by others who had also been brainwashed into thinking that unless their body was like someone else’s that it wasn’t good enough.
Perhaps you’ve believed for years that being fat, sick, tired, not athletic were your lot in life.
You have made it so by thinking and believing it to be so.
Scientists have proven that every seven years every single cell in your body is brand new. Some cells don’t take this long to renew, but even the most complicated cell within your body is new every 7 years.
Your body is a perfect self healing living organism. It doesn’t need you to direct it to heal a broken bone, balance a cold or flu. It does it because that’s the way it works.
You only slow it down and disturb the flow of positive energy with your thinking.
Or.. you can enhance your body’s natural healing and restorative powers by lining your thinking up with what is natural to you.
Change your thinking and your body will respond to your new thoughts, beliefs and expectations.
As you a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.
This means that your beliefs are instructions to your body which it follows to the letter.
It’s very important to be in vibrational harmony with what you really desire to experience within your body. Thoughts of it’s genetic, my family is fat, we are prone to this dis-ease or another all promote those very things.
Rather than giving your body instructions that you really don’t wish to experience, change your thinking to line up with what you do wish.
Research has shown that when athletes imagine themselves running, jumping, playing their sport, the body does not know the difference between really doing it and imagining doing it. This is powerful information. Using the power of your thoughts and imagination you can shift your body’s size, strength and physical abilities the same way the Olympic athletes do.
Begin this renewal process by loving and being thankful for your body.
Appreciate all the wonderful things you can experience due to having a body.
You can feel hugs, kisses, smell, taste, think, move, run, jump, talk, dream; your body is a wonderful manifestation that allows you to enjoy the physical world.
During the day be aware of how effortlessly your mind and body works to allow you to walk, sit, speak.
Pay attention to how different movements feel to you, enjoy the sensation of muscles moving to allow your legs to stand and walk.
Watch your hand and fingers work as you grasp your cup to sip coffee or cola.
Celebrate the sensation of taste as delicious food enters your mouth. Taste is enhanced by smell, enjoy the scent of your food and let each bite be a party in your mouth.
As you begin to pay more attention to the magic of your body you will feel more gratitude for it.
The more grateful you are and the more you line up your thoughts with how you wish to experience your physical body, the more quickly it responds to your thoughts, gratitude and new mental picture of it.
Be like a little baby with your body, Let each movement be brand new, be fascinated by how it works and how it feels.
Hug yourself, tell yourself how wonderful, strong and delightful you are throughout the day.
Watch that self talk about your body. It’s helpful to write down on paper all the thoughts you have about your body. Writing them down makes you aware of the messages, the instructions you have been giving your body over the years.
If you are having an issue with weight, also add your thoughts about food to your list. Pay attention to these, they are the instructions you are giving to your body.
Your body is created to use food and exercise like your car uses water, oil and gas. Your car doesn’t say, “oh, no, that grade of gas makes me fat”.
Food does not make your body fat either.. your thoughts .. those beliefs.. they are what make your body fat.
The size of your body is not a determination of it’s well being and fitness. Reprogram your thinking on this issue to understand and know that being fit, strong are more important than being a certain size of clothes or a particular weight.
As you work through the process of changing your thoughts use these affirmations to aid you.
Print them out or write them down to read throughout the day. By choosing to think these thoughts you will replace the old thinking and the old instructions into ones that better suit your desires for your body.
I love my body, completely, and honor it.
My body knows what it needs for fuel and when it needs fuel. I trust it’s wisdom completely.
My body is a physical projection of my beliefs about myself.
Every day in every way I am expressing more beauty.
I celebrate the magic and divinity in every cell of my body.
I love myself and in so doing give others permission to love themselves and me in the same way.
My body is perfect and wonderful, right now in this moment.
I honor my uniqueness, strength and beauty every moment.
I am grateful for my body and all it allows me to experience
My well being is my number one priority.
My body grows stronger and more in harmony each day.
I offer my highest thoughts to my body and it responds with it’s Highest Energy.
I am grateful that my body knows how to restore, heal and renew itself.
I celebrate the magic of my body and am grateful for it’s help in experiencing life.
I am in balance, mind, body, and spirit.
I offer love to my body and it returns love to me.
